Best WLM Reviews
I am always impressed by the speed of check in and out. I was able to review the findings of my allergy testing and update my provider for new eye drops, new eyeglass prescription and a dermatology medication -- all in an effort to improve allergy systems. A very productive follow up. I always recommend Albany ENT and Allergy Services.
Karen at the check-in areas was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to find a spot for me for my audio test. Thank you so much.
Dr. Robert Hughes also went gave me reassurance above the symptoms I gave him and said they were normal and not to worry. He took the time to listen to my needs and he too ensured he did his best to to provide me with the necessary test I needed. The lovely lady that took me into the room was super nice smiled the entire time. Overall amazing medical practice the ambiance is amazing. Thank you all for your service!
I am very happy with Dr. Kuhar. The offices responsiveness not so much. I have been waiting for a week and a half for Albany ENT to tell the MRI people I can have one. I was told they are waiting for a note to be completed from last month. I couldn't find an email to complain. The only person you can talk to is scheduling. All of this is totally unacceptable! They said they are expediting the request 2 days ago. Doesn't seem like that is true.
I am so grateful that this walk-in clinic exists! You can go here instead of an emergency room. When you have an urgent issue with your ear nose or throat, you don't have to wait days, weeks or months for an appointment to see your primary care doctor either. Both my husband and I have been here previously and received excellent care. The only thing that would make this place better would be if they were open on the weekends or longer hours. All of the receptionists, nurses, physician assistants, and doctors that I have encountered have been fabulous! I drive all the way from western Massachusetts to go here...
The line to check in this time was not long and moved quickly. The women who checked me in and out were lovely. Last time I was there that was not the case.
Deana Ross, who checked my hearing was lovely!
Christina Russo is wonderful. Can't wait to see pics of her twins!
I made an appointment for my husband for a hearing test through the office, speaking with a staff member. I clarified the reason for the visit. The intake person had trouble identifying the insurance card, she kept insisting it was an AARP membership card and we had to have her call someone else to help her figure it out. In the exam room the PA thought my husband was another patient and we had to redirect her. Then she said he was there to get his ears cleaned. Not the case. She looked in his ears for approximately 10 seconds (not an exaggeration)and that was the end of the visit. When we asked about the hearing test we were told that would not be available for another 5 months. We were checked out by an employee from the billing dept and when we complained that we did not receive the hearing test she stated that everyone has to come in and just be processed and admitted to the practice. Which consisted of filling out a form online. We were just billed $91.28 for that processing. This should be against the law. This is not health care it is abuse.
Appointment went fine apart from sitting in a second waiting room for 45 minutes trying to keep a three year old quiet because no one communicated to me that a doctor would call me with results so my child missed school for the day. Why make a mom bring her daughter for a 10 minute hearing test to schedule result appointment an hour after? Makes zero sense to me. Friendly staff at least just a frustrating experience for me.
The resident or PA not sure which was very condescending. Her bedside manner needs a lot of improvement. They also gave me very incorrect information I was looking for a specific kind of allergy testing and they said it didn’t exist when in fact it does they just don’t offer it. I would not recommend this practice for allergy needs I found another practice with great customer service that gave me entirely different information completely opposite of what this practice told me.
