Super welcoming folks at the front reception area! Spacious lounge with a nice view of the tarmac. Small selection of foods to hold you over until your flight. Clean restrooms but no showers. Full bar with plenty of seating. Self service Pancake maker !
Comfortable lounge with plenty of room. Friendly staff, comfortable sitting areas, and lots of windows to watch the plane take off and land. Tasty food too.
My wife and I were treated in an extraordinarily good way, and I would like the management, the staff, and the others to know how the attendants at the Alaska Lounge went "above and beyond" to help us. My wife requires a wheelchair. We had arranged for a pick-up at the lounge, but the wheelchair and attendant did not show up at the appointed time. As time passed, we became increasingly concerned. The staff in the lounge shared our concern and began to make calls, trying to arrange for a wheelchair. As boarding time approached, one of the lounge staff actually went into the terminal herself searching for an available chair for us, while another lounge staff member called the folks at the gate where we were to board, alerting them to our problem. At the last minute, an attendant with a wheelchair did arrive, at the same time the Alaska lounge staff member arrived with a chair that she had located. We made our flight OK, and are deeply grateful for the way the Alaska lounge team members went to bat for us. Their concern for us especially impressed us because we don't even have an Alaska club membership! (Our membership is with American Airlines.) God bless you for going to so much trouble on our behalf!
Not overly impressed with the remodel, very sterile and well uninteresting. Do like the little coffee shop when you enter and the food is good, matching what the serve at N gate. Weird there’s no TV and one picture in the whole first level lounge, it’s like they didn’t even try.
Plenty of outlets for charging devices. Many flavored water dispensers and a soda fountain. Decent snacks. Stocked bar. Pancake machine. Comfortable seats. There is an automated Starbucks machine. The bathrooms are clean and spacious. The view of the runways is legit. The tables and desks are clean. Not a bad place to wait for your flight.
Today's buffet is chicken tinga nacho bar with guac, corn, salsa, rice, sour cream and chips. There are 2 salad options with chicken and dressing, 2 types of soup, bread, cookies and a soda/tea station. There's a bar with complimentary drinks, the bartender was really nice and chatty and the bathrooms are very clean with a cute design.
Great view of Alaska Air airplanes. They have vegetarian selections that are fresh and inviting, including an artichoke salad with garbanzo beans. I went with olive oil and raspberry vinegarette dressing. My wife enjoyed a cheese filled ravioli with a creamy pesti sauce..
The breakfast had eggs, fresh fruit, coffee, and an assortment of hearty muffins. An enticing selection of soft, chewy cookies were available. They go perfectly with your choice of the most popular flavors of hot tea..
The bartender was cordial and attentive. You can sit at the bar, or you can have your drinks brought to a nearby table that in case you want that unobstructed view or aircraft operations.
We gave ourselves a 15 minute head start for first call to make a 2 stop train ride. Too easy to get immersed in the relaxing atmosphere of the Alaska Lounge.
A must have if you have a layover in Seattle. Excellent accommodations with ample food and beverage service, hosted full bar. Great service from all the staff. Location is right at the C concourse for easy access. Well behaved family friendly. It makes layovers fun!
