I gave 5 stars for food (fresh and tasty) 4 stars for atmosphere no waiting area to sit down
Tartar sauce must be expensive because they put ONE pack in my bag (Overall I gave 4 stars… would’ve given 5 if they were more generous with the tartar sauce)
When they first started Their butter garlic sauce Was exceptional and was easy to reheat. But somewhere down the line I discovered they added flour to the ingredients to make the platter weigh MORE. Everything is drowned in the sauce now. You can definitely tell when u go to reheat the food and u see clumps. And when you tell them NO EXTRA sauce in the platter they still fill the platter up. Good thing they started taking stamps again cause if your paying with cash it’ll be a rip off tbh.

Please note, the crabs are cooked but are cold at time of purchase. We steamed them and I have no complaints. Well seasoned and there maybe 2-3 bad ones in the bunch. I also think they gave me small instead of medium ???? I enjoy the imitation crab sticks and scallops - if that’s not your thing I understand. I enjoyed it.
Someone else had the mussels but I was told they were really good. I’ll try next time.
Great job Alaska! I was not excited about the cold crabs but every shop does it differently.
Steamed snow crab was delicious and full of meat. The sauce goes amazing with the seafood, and I never enjoyed broccoli more than anytime in my life thanks to this sauce. Service was great, but do not expect to be treated like a customer in a regular restaurant because it is take it and go type of place. They want you to get the stuff fast and go. Price is very, very reasonable for what you are getting. Would return often.
Overall the food I received was good. They can do better with signage to differentiate the small and large crabs. If customers ask the same question about them that means something. The pricing was fair for what I ordered.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! THEY ARE RUDE AND IGNORANT. I ordered large crabs and when I got to my car I realized they did a bait and switch and gave me much smaller crabs, I went back in and politely suggested that they may have made a mistake and asked could they switch the crabs out for the ones I actually ordered, the lady who was taking orders started yelling at me, telling me no and that she would only give me my money back, I once again politely told her no I would not like my money back I just wanted what I paid for and if she could give me the crabs i ordered. She was very adamant about not allowing me to see her put the crabs in the bag I even offered to pay for the new crabs and she still insisted on saying no and being rude and yelling even threatened to call the police if I didn’t take my money and go… which eventually I did. She is very mean and nasty!!! Even the other customers were saying she was absolutely wrong!! Something that could have been resolved in 10 seconds turned into a whole unnecessary ordeal . I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 10 years…I WILL NEVERRR SPEND ANOTHER DIME IN THAT PLACE.
I am so done with them. Every time I go they rip me off. I brought a dozen of there highest priced cooked blue shell crabs@$45 a dozen. As usual when I got home and looked at them they were tiny. Not even worth ten dollars a dozen. They ever have to worry about me coming back.
No complaints here! I love the fish platters. I usually get whiting or flounder platter. Always hot, fresh and delicious.
