My boneless wings and fries were great and I enjoyed the music in the place as well. Wally helped me choose from all the options and took good care of me during my visit. I will definitely be back!
I ordered delivery with door dash, by the time it got to me, was really hot and perfectly prepared. The onion rings were fluffy and crispy simultaneously. The burger tasted like it came off the grill at the family BBQ. Tomato was thick and delicious.the poppers make arbys look like marble, they were massive and amazing. The shawarma was excellent too. Will be back to taste more. Keep up the great work????????
Ordered a burger and I’ve always gotten their burgers in the past and it always came with fries. Called these people to ask why both my burgers that I ordered this time came here without fried the girl who answered first tried lying saying it never came with fries after I informed her that I always gotten ur burgers and it surely came with fries she tried saying people don’t like fries with their burger so we separated them like what !? This place has become very cheap and greedy horrible service never again! Go somewhere else that’s consistent.
Let’s just start by saying I love Alanos and I have been coming here for years and still plan on coming again. I’m writing this because when I came in today while it was packed I was honestly happy with the customer service, I was greeted with a smile and patience through all the chaos. The cashier was a young woman who was so nice to everyone, apologized to anyone who was waiting too long, and had this amazing attitude with every costumer in-front of me, myself, and the ones behind me. Like I said earlier I love Alanos, but I love it more now knowing that their workers are on top of everything and are so kind, unlike other places. Can’t wait to come back soon!
Amazing staff amazing workers !, the female manager at the counter is a sweetheart and is very welcoming. And best of all the food was awsome! Everything tasted so good the winds are prolly the best wings I tasted in Dearborn hands down!
Stopped here to grab a light night snack for everyone while we played some games and watched some fights. We stopped here on a Saturday and they were able to have everything done when they said it would be and it was delicious. Wasn’t to sure what to expect but I’m glad I tried the place out, it is for sure a good option in the area. Not everyone was really even hungry but even those who weren’t guna eat couldn’t help their selves hahah!
I honestly feel like my order was purposely put last! 2 others customers came in and place an order got their food all within 15 min. All I had was a 6 in sub/fries- ordered at 3:03 at 3:20 I still didn’t have my food! WHOLE LUNCH BREAK WASTED smelling food! IM HIGHLY IRRITATED AND ANNOYED I’m leaving with no food!
I only get 30 min of lunch! And the fact I had to waste it sitting here thinking I was going to get food?! Unacceptable
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I love their Greek salads with extra beets and feta! You feel like family when walk through the door! The prices are VERY reasonable!
