Best WLM Reviews

This place has 3.2 starts for a reason. The food has been average at best and usually avoid this place but it was later and I was hungry. I got the California Burrito and man it was DRY! No amount of hot sauce I could put on it helped. Fries were greasy and half cooked. Taco Bell across the street has better food than this place.
An absolute MUST TRY! I have gotten quite a few things and they have all been good. But what’s really amazing is their “monster burrito” I mean the burrito legit weighs 3 pounds and $15 may sounds like a lot for it. But this one burrito could probably feed and entire family. Not only is it huge and a good bang for your buck but it tastes incredible! There is nothing that doesn’t taste good about it. The monster burrito has everything imaginable in it and it never fails to impress me. Also wanted to make note their lady who was working the drive thru gave me the best customer service ive gotten in ages.
Although the food was actually pretty good, the service was horrible and the drive thru line was not moving for a good hour. I visited this place at around 3am on a Sunday morning hoping to get some food after attending to a decent bar but it took too long to order anything. It got to the point that the drivers were just laughing and talking to each other on how ridiculous the line was not moving at all. Even after all this negative stuff about getting the food I was actually surprised on how delicious the food was. Was it worth the wait? Probably not but man I was hungry and I was far from home also it was one of the fewest places that were open. Overall I'm rating it a 2 since it's not an ideal place to order in the middle of the night. However I'll come back to it at a different time maybe in the afternoon or evening to give this place a fair second chance
This place has decreased in quality over the past year since the change in management. Their sopes used to be great now they are like beans on top of cardboard. They never missed now if you say no cheese they just ignore you and make it their own way. Went back to ask for it to be remade they did
I've been there 2 times. The first time, they were out of buns for tortas, so I just left. The second time, I ordered a chicken quesadilla. The menue says $8.50, but they charged $13.41. I spoke to them, and all they said is its 11.50 in the register. So I asked to speak to a manager but there was no manager. Apparently, they don't need a manager. So I asked for a refund, but they couldn't put it back on the card, so they gave me cash. Fine, whatever. Then they couldn't open the register or know how to do a refund on the register, so they gave me back $13.41 that they scrouged up from the tip jar and the back of the store. Have no idea if the food is good unfortunately. Oh and I checked the drive thru menu to see if the prices are different but it still say $8.50.
This place is garbage. I live a few blocks away and have unfortunately eaten here a few times. They have the ‘new management’ sign up to fool you into thinking that something has changed… same godawful food every time, only thing worse is the service.
This spot was my go to but today is my last time coming here I have been coming to this spot since I moved to the neighborhood 2yrs ago, the price was high but the portion sizes kinda made up for it. today I ordered carne asada fries and got almost no meat and a shit load of fries my wife got the carne asada torta and it was the same all bread and no meat, same thing happened a few days ago aswell and they gave me the wrong order carne asada chips instead of the fries and the order was super skimpy to top it off. I will be trying out santanas down the street next time this place is not it anymore.
The only reason it's 3 stars is if you buy the food in the morning and you see a female at the cashier, the food is amazing, but at night, with the male worker it looks like dog food and he's supper stingy with hot sauce. Another reason the price seems to go up every time.
