Our server Jared was incredibly friendly. This meal was delicious and I will absolutely be back again. Salad was fresh, potato was soft and the steak flavoring was amazing from the oak fire. Love love love!!!!!
The crab soup is a standout—rich and full of flavor. Entrees come with a choice of soup or salad, and the steaks are cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful. The friendly staff adds to the welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for a great meal!
We go here every time we are in town. This place was amazing. The steak was so good, season and cooked to perfection. The sweet potato was delicious, hubb6 had tge loaded bake potato which was delicious he said. The soup and salad was very good. And the drinks were 100% great. Our waiter was great. Just don't remember his name.
Raimundos was an awesome server for us! Very hospitable, friendly and very patient and attentive! The food was really good, their burger is HUGE and that ground beef is seasoned really well! The fries are pretty good too. Our faborite was the crab dip appetizer! It was so flavorful and the texture was just right! We also had the asparagus drizzled in hollandaise sauce but it wasn't very lemony and the asparagus were tiny. The thicker ones would've made it so much better. We enjoyed ourselves and the food was great but the entire restaurant felt unclean. The tables and floors were sticky and felt like the tables had an unclean film to them. There was stuff all over the floors like a busy day left unmanaged but the food was delicious and that's more important.
It’s exactly what you’re paying for, a solid mountain steak. Very quick service, super friendly people. You can park anywhere around, there is plenty of room.
But the food, ridiculously good, if there weren’t 70000 restaurants in gatlinburg I would just eat here for breakfast lunch and dinner, and desert.
I usually don’t rate restaurants very low because I’m not a picky person. As long as you bring in my food in less than 45 minutes, I have no problem at all and will probably give a four-five star. Me and my friends waited over 1.5 hours for our food. We arrived at 7:45 and got sat at 8pm. We got our food around 9:30… There is no way a customer should wait 1 hour and 30 minutes for their food. I could tell our waitress was stressed and probably oversat by the hostess because she wasn’t too attentive. The table behind us that got sat a little bit after us were upset as well. The food however was good.
Such a lovely place to go eat and enjoy amazing food, a beautiful view and so close to everything. Highly recommend!
Excellent food that was prepared to perfection (taste, temperature, rarity, flavor and presentation). Top notch server who deserved her tip (she even took a picture of us to help commemorate the occasion of my daughter's wedding weekend for us). I will happily go here again whenever I'm in or near Gatlinburg, TN.
