Had a great first experience. It was a little pricey to eat but the food was good. I got the Cobb salad and turned my nose up a little to the price, but it did not disappoint. I would order it again. It had so many toppings on it and a ton of chicken. I could not finish it in one sitting. The bottomless popcorn was so good. Some of the best movie theater popcorn I have had. The seats were very comfortable and I liked how the table was in the middle of your chairs. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Would I go again? Definitely

Let’s talk vegan options:
I’ve tried both the Buffalo Cauliflower and the Vegan supreme pizza. Honestly, I go to movies mostly to eat popcorn (their popcorn is vegan if you do not request the butter which contains dairy).
If I ate there again I would choose the cauliflower over the pizza. Both options are about $15. The veg pizza had a really good variety of vegetables but for a thin crust I expected it to be a more crispy.

This is a great cinema, a little dirty today, but the food was great and the recliner chairs were nice also. I went to see Gladiator 2, and I’m surprised by the negative reviews this movie received. I went in with no expectations and found it to be fantastic. It left me wanting more, and I genuinely hope they decide to make a third sequel. Anyways, the customer service was excellent.
The chairs are the best to put your feet up and enjoy the movie! The bowls of popcorn are so tasty. Get yours dusted. I love the truffle dusting. And what is better than having dinner and drinks while watching a movie on the big screen?
Such a unique fun theatre, so glad it reopened a few months ago. The Woodbury Lakes shopping area has plenty of free parking to support all these businesses. The bar area is super comfy and they have board games. The tap list is long and will definitely have something for your taste. They have super strict rules when it comes to cell phones during the movie which is great. The food options are solid and delicious and the servers are personable and very attentive. I will be returning!
Alamo is and will always be my number 1 theater. Actually the only theater for me. The staff is friendly and great at their jobs The food is always good and unmatched by any other theater. The movie parties and events are always so fun and bring Alamo to another level. Also the theater is always clean and comfortable which goes a long way for me. I will only recommend Alamo Draft House to people until the day I die.
Honestly, you never know what you’re going to get at this theater. Whether a weird prank automatic message when trying to call or you just don’t get through at all. Good food or terribly bad food. You get to watch a movie with your 5 year old when you show up or you’re turned away at the door like many other families after driving 30 minutes with no compensation or solve because their systems are down. No wonder why this place is tanking. Not what it used to be and what our family used to love.
My rating does not reflect my experience because I really love this theatre and I want it to succeed but WOW did I have a terrible experience today. Their ticketing system went down which is an unfortunate thing to deal with but how they handled it was abysmal. I first tried to get my tickets to the indie film Flow which had a whole 3 seats taken and the system didn’t work. I tried calling and I couldn’t get ahold of a person. It went straight to voicemail. First big mistake during a known technical issue… I figured, no big deal, we’ll get tickets when we get there. I show up and they say that they can’t issue any more tickets because the system is down. I asked if the food service was working and it was. I asked if I could just pay cash for a seat and they could charge my seat at a later time when it worked and they said no. I confirmed they were still playing the movies. As a parent of twin toddlers really looking forward to this rare 2 hours of freedom, I was pretty ticked. Next thing time just let walkins pay by cash or better yet just let the 4 people that actually show up in for free and make the money off the food! It’s not rocket science. To completely turn someone away who shows up at your theatre and the movie is still playing is completely insane to me and this place needs improved management.
