Best WLM Reviews
Was welcomed by the people working the ticket counter. Had a very nice conversation while purchasing the tickets.Theater was clean, server was kind-I do not remember his name. Food was amazing. The highlight though was leaving and stopping by the ticket counter to purchase gift cards. George was extremely helpful and a huge delight. Had a nice conversation and even recommended a movie called Red Notice. I will definitely be back soon. Alamo drafthouse is by far the best theater in town.
I do go to say when you go into a restaurant food bar theater you expect some comfort. Now walking into this bar it looks like a speakeasy. There’s no ticket person that waits for you. You simply buy the ticket and whenever your ticket is purchased do you have an assigned seating and you just go walk in? I show up there for the first time and I’m waiting guy answers the phone before speaking with me and starts talking to somebody else. Realizing he was just on the phone, we sat there with some patience. He asked us what we wanted and we told him we had some tickets. He points down the hall says next time just go in. The chairs don’t lean back there’s no feet rest the chairs are hard I think I’d rather be at home. I don’t know. Is this just me? Maybe I’ll go again and try the drinks ???? other than that. Staff was really attentive. And the place was super immaculate clean wise.
Came to see The Wild Robot at 3:45pm on a Saturday. Thankfully I checked the seating 4 hours before the movie started and saw it was very quickly selling out so I nabbed some seats. By the time we arrived the website was showing it was completely sold out! Buy tickets early!
I seriously want to give a HUGE shoutout to the incredible staff in theater 6 tonight. Two were dressed as jokers which was very fun. They were HUSTLING! Unfortunately due to unexpected traffic, we arrived just 5 min prior to showtime. However, we were still tended to right away and got our order in before the movie started. We did have to wait a good 15-20 minutes just to get our bottomless popcorn, but we never worried we were forgotten because there were CONSTANTLY waiters coming back and forth tending to customers.
Staff did an incredible job at staying low to the ground, whispering, and getting out quickly. Although the theater was packed, it remained a quiet and phone free atmosphere.
Y’all please give your staff some praise for how incredible they are!
This place is awesome. The theatre was very clean and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I would definitely go back.
First time at Alamo Drafthouse it was nice and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Food was fresh made to order as well as drinks. Only down fault seats our outdated but understand as laying down seats will cause a bigger mess. Overall great location and good.
Me and the wife came here to see Blue Beetle. The movie theater lobby was packed and lively. Upon entry, the lobby was welcoming and inviting, staff was nice and greeted us and everything. Me and the wife finally went and sat down for our movie. Everyone was quiet and did not distract or disturb us, not even the servers. Me and the wife ordered the loaded fries appetizer, all the way. These fries were so delicious and cooked to perfection. 5/5 stars for that. The wife and I also ordered a pepperoni pizza entree. Another 5/5 stars for the pizza! Delicious pizza. The wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience and how nice and hardworking our server, McDowell was. Thank you for the wonderful experience, Alamo Drafthouse! Would recommend this to anyone in Corpus Christi!
Just want to say thank you to Brian the manager at Alamo Drafthouse we had some concerns with our service and he kindly explained the situation and was able to make everything right. We appreciate his professionalism and his kindness! Keep doing a great job Brian and thank you!
Absolutely excellent service. I have not even watched a movie here yet, come in for great food and drinks every so often, and George and the others are excellent.
I will be back.
