I never go to Urgent Care but I couldn't get into my regular Dr till 2 days later. I called the front desk and she was informative and calm and patient with me. (I was experiencing slight laryngitis and a sore throat that really hurt) After getting off the phone I arrived In less than 5 min from talking to the front clerk on the phone.
I was able to get checked in and seen by the Dr in less than 15/20min. The Medical assistant was very polite and understood how much discomfort I was in. (Most importantly they didn't make me feel uncomfortable cause I was coughing so much. I did have a mask on though)
Turns out I had an upper respiratory infection, sore throat and nasal congestion.
Dr gave me everything I needed to get me feeling better! The prescriptions were at HEB (walking distance) and they were ready as soon as I walked out of the Urgent Care. (HEB sent me a text)
I was very satisfied.
Thank you very much.
And now I rest for a full recovery.
The waiting time was long. I understand a lot of people were needing to seek help but I saw only 1 physician. The office was a bit dirty. We waiting 2 hours while in the room for the physician. She was friendly and made my daughter feel comfortable and offered to give her the first treatment since the pharmacy was closing soon.
From the moment I walked in everyone was super pleasant and they helped me fill out my paperwork and made me feel at ease. Dr. Lila took her time explaining the procedure she was going through and said she wanted to take the best care she could provide for me and she did and so did the rest of the staff!
OUTSTANDING STAFF!!
December 18,2024..
Staff was kind, caring and very polite. Dr. Michael Cox was fantastic. Didn't sugar coat anything but was still professional and kind. Gave me some tasks to find and visit a PCP soon. I appreciate anyone who can communicate with professionalist and with care in thier hear. Thank you
The staff was amazing and very helpful. Our first visit here was outstanding. The front desk was very friendly, and the wait time was very short. The nursing staff as well as the doctor were great with actually listening to my concerns about my children's health.
We are currently stationed in GA and my daughter who is in collage in SA was sick and didn’t know where to go. I called the office and the ladies were super nice and very helpful sent me all the link via text message for insurance verification and made the appointment . Daughter went in and said everyone was super nice to her. Thank you Alamo City Urgent Care for helping this out of town Momma get her collage baby feel well .
I have never visited an Urgent Care. Alamo City Urgent Care Marbach went above and beyond with my care. They were professional, friendly and fast. What would have taken hours at an emergency room, took no less than an hour.
Had to take my son here at last minute for a swelling bee sting on his palm. He's nonverbal autistic, and the entire staff did wonderful with him. Great experience from beginning to end. No long wait was a huge plus. Highly recommend, and will use them again if needed.
