JUST WOW, that Farouj is insane plus the workers are super friendly specially that tall curly head with dimples one of the nicest people you can ever meet. 100% coming back
I have been ordering from this restaurant for years, at least three to four times a week. Yesterday I ordered a whole chicken which is $18. As I was paying for my order I looked at the bag that had my order and I realized as if it's empty. I exited the Restaurant and opened the bag to find that the chicken is at least half the size of my previous orders. Also the whole chicken used to come with a bag of flat bread loaves, which was not in it. However they are still charging the same price. The chicken would not feed a single person yet three people which the previous order fulfilled. I called the Restaurant and explained my disappointment. I told the cashier that I would not be returning to the Restaurant anymore. If a Restaurant is under new management you are supposed to improve not cut back. Hamido's is next door, I'll be ordering from there from now on. Good luck keeping customers.

I don’t really understand why this place has so many bad reviews, I actually really enjoyed it. I got the Agha special which came with a rotisserie chicken, hummus, fatoush, fries, pickles and garlic sauce all for 30$. I’ve had a lot of bad chicken in Dearborn, but this place was fresh and juicy!
I used to order Farooj special online, it comes with large fries,large hummus, and large fatoush. Yesterday, I have noticed that the price got $12 higher and they changed the size of the sides to small and the chicken was not wrapped with the thin bread as it used to. They will lose alot of their customers this way.
It’s come to my attention that abu ali no longer works there because he left the restaurant to work at a different establishment. Now the restaurant is under new management and i’m completely disappointed. not only did the prices go higher, the food is horrible. i will no longer come back here. no one makes food like abu ali!!
Stopped in dearborn heights to get a bite to eat with my dad for lunch, wanted to try this place for some good shawarmas since I read multiple great 5 star reviews while in the area. I had to use the restroom before the food was done and after I sat down this is what I seen! i got up so dang fast. i told the guy working behind the counter and he said “so what we have Bugs” that’s clearly a roach. Thankfully I got the money back though, no food but I still feel sour about it. Knowing they have bugs and being okay with it, I almost ate there!.. shocked by the reviews. You just never know!
Grilled chicken tasted old...meat shawarma was too dry...
