Also, they are not a pet friendly establishment and I second the resounding feedback regarding the rudeness of the staff and specifically call attention to their ignorance & insensitivity to upholding Federal & Local ADA laws and regulations. (760.27 Prohibited discrimination in housing provided to persons with a disability or disability-related need for an emotional support animal.)
Upon providing valid documentation to the front desk agent, she claimed that it was’t sufficient because the proof needed to be in the form of this plastic ID card that most times includes a picture of the pet. The card she was demanding is actually an optional item for purchase in addition to a physical letter however both forms of proof should suffice for any prudent person with a basic understanding of the ADA laws.
As a result me and my relaxed and even mannered dog was forced to leave and even had the police called in addition to all of the staff gathered around the office watching and listening to my private conversation about my personal needs.
Needless to say I will be reaching out to my Attorney if proper investigation and an acceptable response isn’t reached.
Definite a forgotten property it was beautiful years ago it's lost its charm. Although it way more decent clean and better than most motels

And cigarette butts the bathroom had no light
No! They gave me my money back, they are scammers

By far the most annoying hotel in all of Hialeah. Your better off going to one of the cheaper hotels because at least they leave you alone. I feel like this hotel is just looking for a reason to kick you out or charge you extra

The office staff was hired from a 3rd world country . They hardly speak English. Probably getting paid under the table. They are rude, they lie about their names, never pass messages to their manager, they don't pick up the phone. Etc. The rooms are very nice and maybe there are some nice people that work there. I myself have been trying to get a hold of manager/ower to speak about a serious problem that happened to me personally while staying at one of their rooms. When we checked into the room the room on the bottom floor it was full of water like about an inch or two of water in the room not knowing that when I walked into the room I slipped and I fell and I damaged my ride arm and I'm trying to talk to a manager so I can avoid a lawsuit against the hotel and nobody calls me back I have left many many messages with their from this people but they never seem to get to them I'm going to try it one more time and if they don't answer me back I'm going to file a lawsuit against them for renting a room that had water in the floor where the jacuzzi top was and not telling me about it three or four people in the hotel knew about it because they came into the room with squeegees trying to get the water out of the hotel room and they told me that it will be fine and the room got full of water again to the point that they have to change rooms because the water kept coming but I had already fallen and they saw my arm the way it was it was completely swollen. I'm trying to avoid a lawsuit but they just don't get it I think they don't want to call me back I'm going to wait till the end of this week coming up and if I don't hear from them I'm going to file a huge lawsuit against them if possible at all do not use this hotel they own several hotels in the area so try one of the other ones. My husband and I decided to stay here on Saturday. I think we checked in like around 3 o’clock in the morning. I wish, I would’ve read the reviews before coming here I would’ve never came to this place. I told her I wanted to check out like around 11:30 or 12. I keep on telling her I will pay whatever we have to pay it doesn’t matter. Because she was already giving us a hard time. Gave us a room that nothing was working and it was disgusting. Supposedly all the rooms have a different theme. I told my husband what type of room is this, because everything is falling apart. This is what we’re paying for. Cables hanging from the ceiling, Could be a fire hazard. At least for 15 minutes we were trying to figure out the lights situation. Would’ve been nice if the lady at the front would’ve told us something. I wanted to use the Jacuzzi and it was full of hair and sand. It was disgusting. The window in front of the Jacuzzi was shot and you could see the bullet that it went through and it was never changed. My husband starts looking at it and he’s like that’s a gun shot. I couldn’t believe it. The radio downstair wasn’t working neither. The tile by the Jacuzzi was falling apart as well. The door handle to go into the bathroom fell down on us, and my husband had to put it back. Since we couldn’t use the Jacuzzi, we decided to use the shower. To see if we have any luck. The water was so hot that it was burning us. The water wouldn’t turn cold doesn’t matter where you would put it. I got so mad and I told my husband let’s get out of here. We were supposed to leave at 11:30. And before 11 o’clock someone knocks and comes into the room, kicking us out screaming very loud. Me and my husband or so scared and we were naked inside the room. I felt so violated, disrespected. You could’ve at least wait until 11:30. When you get there at night, you really can’t tell too much, because everything is dark. When we finally turn on the light and the sun is coming in through the bathroom. Roaches inside the room and cum shots all over the wall and with the stains on them. Of course that’s my husband’s fault. No one ever called me. They replied back with an email, trying to blame it on us. It’s the hotel fault for the way that the room is and how bad the service was how are you supposed to report something but nobody gets back to you and the lady at the front desk just acts crazy. You can’t report anything when they don’t answer their phones.
Got the suite under presidential was a nice experience private garage loved it just felt like they need to clean the walls and mop and clean wipe down before quest come! Other wise cool because I made it lit ;)
