I went to this restaurant first time. I was surprised to see ribeye steak in the menu of a Mediterranean restaurant. I wanted to try and took therisk. Unfortunately it was really terrible. My friend ordered grilled shrimps and I tasted it. It was delicious and amazing.
The service is great and the staff are so kind.
But I can give 4 max as the steak was terrible
Al-Salam Restaurant is an absolute treasure, embodying authentic cultural charm with its beautifully decorated interior. Upon entering, we were immediately captivated by the intricate designs and warm ambiance that made us feel as though we had stepped into a different world. Each element, from the wall hangings to the ornate light fixtures, is thoughtfully placed, creating a cozy yet exotic atmosphere.
Although we didn’t stay for dinner, the menu looked incredibly enticing, boasting a wide array of traditional dishes that would satisfy any palate. We decided to get some baba ghanoush to go, and it did not disappoint. It was creamy, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the fresh pita bread we picked up next door at the market.
The staff at Al-Salam were genuinely friendly and welcoming, making our brief visit a memorable one. They were attentive and eager to ensure we had a great experience, even though we were just getting a takeout item. We also couldn’t help but notice their fresh-baked baklava, which looked absolutely mouthwatering.
Overall, our visit to Al-Salam Restaurant was delightful. The combination of a beautifully decorated space, an impressive menu, and exceptional staff makes it a place worth visiting. We will definitely be returning to enjoy a full meal and indulge in their tempting desserts. Highly recommend this gem for anyone seeking an authentic and welcoming dining experience.
Al Salam makes the best Arabic food! Everything Ive had tastes exactly like how my sito (grandmother) made it.
Every bite brings me back to my childhood and family gatherings.
Nice quick stop from a long drive. Very hospitable, clean. Flavorful halal Mediterranean food deserving a five star rating. In an environment that transports you to its urgence in the flavor. You could tell that they made sure you taste the flavors. Price portions are matching. Menu is extensive but not overwhelming.
Will come back to enjoy their mountain of desserts in the back of the restaurant.
I had an event at American Express and Suzy from Al-Salam took care of everything. They open at 11:00 and I requested everything to be ready by 11:20 or earlier would be better. I got there 10 min after they open and my order was hot and ready!
The food was amazing and fresh! My colleagues at work cleaned house and everyone kept asking where I got the food from! Will be catering all my events from Al-Salam from now on!
I love this place!! My favorite Turkish food and the service is amazing. The garlic sauce is incomparable. Go and enjoy.
We had a disappointing experience at your restaurant. We purchased lamb chops, but when we got home, we found that beef had been added at the bottom of the package. It seems the weight was calculated to include the beef, making it appear as though we received more lamb than we actually did. This feels misleading, and we are very dissatisfied. We would appreciate an explanation and a resolution to this issue
The food was excellent, service also. Family oriented so it can get pretty loud, but definitely worth it and reasonable prices for what you get. Portions are generous. So, you can share an entre. Mint tea was phenomenal
