Very pricy, but overall good food. Had the big shrimp burger combo. Costed about 30 bucks. Burger was good, a tad bit salty but not inedible; the seasonings tasted good so it made up for it. Seasoned fries were solid. Overall not bad
Honestly, not what I expected! I ordered the three wing and cheeseburger meal that was $20 I got a shrimp egg roll. To be transparent, I did wait a while before I got a chance to eat the food. The burger was soggy, and had no flavor. The wings were a little too salty, and the shrimp eggroll had tiny shrimp in them and was cut open. I never had an egg roll that was cut open or cut in half with a delivery order. The okra taste like it was brought from the store and deep fried.
The atmosphere was giving a hole in the wall. I’m fine with that, but they did have a leaky ceiling.
Support this place!! Hill Boyz had my vote until I tried this place! The burgers are huge, homemade, juicy & DELICIOUS! Great customer service…even got a chance to meet the Owner! He was great! Will definitely be a returning customer! Worth every penny!

I was able to hear and sing along with the Gospel music, I was greeted by Mr. Al himself, Customer service was outstanding!!! I sampled the steak egg rolls with no cheese and the hot season flavored wings ???????????? my children immediately said MAMA THIS IS OUR NEW SPOT. Everything was clean inside the food is amazing, I'll be ordering a burger next. I'm so glad Horn Lake has a new business with great food! God bless you on your new journey
HORRIBLE! I ordered this place through DoorDash. I didn’t expect the egg rolls to be this dry! The flavor wasn’t bad but I envision it having cheese in it with sauce to serve on the side at least. The fries were a big no for me. The wings were salty beyond belief (the New Orleans flavor) I couldn’t finish it, I was worried about my cholesterol????????????♀️. One positive is my boyfriend enjoyed the cheeseburger other than that I will never go back to this place ever again.
I tried Al’s for the first time last night. The reviews were contradicting, so I decided to give it a try myself. I attempted to call an order in and the phone number just wouldn’t work. So I drove there, placed an order, and waited inside. The lady at the counters demeanor is just as everyone else says, not welcoming at all. She had a very serious look on her face as if she had a bad attitude and didn’t want to be there and she answered people’s question short and unconcerned. However, she was never rude to me so it didn’t bother me much. While waiting, there was lots and lots of people coming in placing orders and door dashers picking up orders. All she kept saying to everyone was “it ain’t ready yet.” I waited like an hour before my food was ready it was ridiculous but the food was hot and fresh. I ordered a buffalo chicken egg roll (that I ate in the car on the way home) lol it was good but not the absolute best that I’ve had. I also ordered a 5pc wing combo hot ranch flavored. The sauce on the wings was really good. The wings just weren’t cooked enough for my liking. The skin on them was still soft and chewy and I prefer a crispier more cooked wing. Fries were seasoned well. So overall, I give them 2/5 stars for no working phone, the hour wait, no communication or concern from staff, and the wings not being cooked enough. I would still give them another try if I had an hour to spare and I just would ask that the chicken be cooked crispy.
This is one of my favorite wing places. The available food selections are great. The service is awesome. I usually go in to order, and the wait time is not very long. The food is fresh and hot when you get it. Try the seasoned okra.
The next time I go, I am going to have to try the egg rolls.
It was such a positive experience for me! Al the owner promised me the food was going to be good and it was. I highly recommend this wing spot and he had the gospel music jammin and it was one point. Love it! I’m really hard to please when it comes to food.
