I've ordered here several times in the past few months especially when I discovered they delivered to my house. Recently started receiving incorrect or missing items. Today did not receive onions on my order. I called and kept being placed on hold then when they picked up it was just background noise. Disconnected n called again. Then person started disconnecting my calls. So I drove there n politely asked to speak with manager. I waited a bit. Some guy comes up n asks what can do, did not identify self. I said waiting for supervisor n he said he was. I could tell he had been the one hanging up on me n he kept cutting me off when I tried to explain my issue just asking for my address. Then said they put people on hold, didn't hang up which was a lie. I then asked to speak with a different manager or owner. He said he is the manager, been there for 28 years. I asked to leave my number for the owner to call me n he refused and told me to leave or he could call the cops. Call the cops, call the cops for what??? For me politely describing the truth of your rudeness to your customers paying your salary for years?? I said I don't know what power trip you think your on..
I will be calling another day and asking someone else to speak with owner but I sure will NOT spend another hard earned penny here. I dont care how good the food is. If you can't as a manager know how to talk with customers with respect, you don't deserve my financial support. I'm seeing a lot of very similar reviews. It's a crying shame.. Customer service standards don't seem to exist anymore..
Went in at 9pm tonight it wasn't busy but they rushed to make my order. I got a chicken cheese steak sub. I asked for bacon and they put the smallest amount of bacon I have ever seen on a sub. It wasn't even cooked with the chicken like most shops do. Looks like they just threw in a small handful right in the middle of the sub. And it's not even crumble bacon. I wish they were more consistent because I'd order from them more.
First time and last time customer to this place...went in for a 6 pack as I'm new to the area..and they were extremely disrespectful minus the girl ringing me out...they were making ignorant remarks...I work in retail..be respectful to all customers!... especially if you don't know what they are going through...whether it's a new area...or other issues...I was simply just trying to find a nice quick place...and I tipped! It was a 6 pack ffs! Not a whole buy out...
We order from here usually once a week. Have never had a bad meal. We love their bolis and subs the best.
Little dinky inside but what to expect, store is 25 plus years old. Food is usually very good. Recommend Italian Sub and Cheesesteak.
It’s seems like the food is only correct and good on weekends. It’s a gamble on the weekdays.
Last time we ordered salads the lettuce was mostly wet and brown. Paid for extra chicken. Didn’t get it. They didn’t even write which box was supposed to have it.
This time ordered wings, it came with no sauce, no ranch (paid extra for it too).
The grilled cheese wrap was ridiculous… the cheese was hardly melted and it was missing most of cheese, also missing ranch.
We do like the food here, but it’s annoying that it’s great one time and the next it’s really bad. Not much consistency.
Easily on my top 5 restaurants in PA. The cheesteaks are absolutely delicious! The pizza was so good and to top it all off they were very friendly. My husband and I travel through here twice a year and will be stopping every time.
One of the best pizzas on the west shore & Harrisburg combined. I had a late night craving and thankfully these guys are open till midnight during the week. Large menu & selection of beers as well. They have a takeout beer area also.
