I ordered a slice. I get it, it’s reheated it in the oven. Thank goodness I like burned crust. One bite into it and could not find any sauce. Sorry Al’s you have gone down since your Atlantic Beach days 35 years ago. $6.72 for a slice of burned pizza (no sauce) and water!
It's very popular for pizza, calzone and other items. They make it very nice. They prepared per your request. Service was good ????. Beer served in a bottle as well as on tap. They have a wine ???? menu. We went for dinner in the evening We had Toasted Rivoli in an appetizer and we had a very tasty calzone and pizza. We Loved the food and overall it was a great experience.
Mehh, wasn’t worth the stop but didn’t hate it, just didn’t love it. Ordered a meat lovers pizza and had to ask for a side of sauce - not sure it comes on the pizza. Also ordered a buffalo chicken flatbread - tasted like Franks hot sauce, I like franks, but I wanted to taste a little bit of everything else.
Our waitress was good - she is just stuck with what she has as a Restaurant, so hats off to her!
My daughter said “The pizza is so good that I want to eat the crust!” And that’s from a girl that doesn’t like crust. So we give the pizza 10/10. The salad however was disappointing. Had an Al’s Choice salad and I don’t know, something was off. I was offered a to-go box after only taking a few bites and telling them it did not taste well. I don’t mind not getting a replacement but would have been better service to be offered an option.
It's good and all but definitely not for the price. To charge $3 for peperoni when I've never been charged that much at any other pizza place. Most I've EVER paid for an extra topping was $1 and that's because it was Philly steak. To charge 3 extra dollars for a peperoni pizza is crazy. Service was not that great either. Will definitely be the last time we come here
This is the Perfect Location to enjoy Al’s Pizza at its finest! George and Rick will welcome you as family and the food and beer are Excellent!!! It’s a Very clean restaurant with a nice relaxing atmosphere. Thank you for the great food, drinks and service!!! Richard and Beth.
I was hungry late night, and decided to go here at 8pm. Unfortunately i didn’t know they closed at 9pm. However, there was not an issue and I was not feeling rushed. The pizza was good, however we needed to let it sit, due to the toppings falling off when picking it up. The sub was amazing and is perfect for a single lunch if you come here alone. Overall, great customer service by the staff here, I just wish the pizza wasn’t as thin as it is.
We stopped in for lunch and the food was great (pizza and lasagna) and the service was great also, Thank you Rick! We will definitely be back. Side note my Mom and Grannie used to love coming here when my Grannie was still with us GOD Bless you Grannie ????
