I recently dined at Luigi's and had an incredible experience! The server was phenomenal and very friendly, making us feel right at home. The food was amazing, bursting with authentic Italian flavors. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience! Thanks to our server for introducing us to eating fried calamari with ranch! ????
We came after a wedding rehearsal for the rehearsal dinner. The servers were very attentive and friendly. We were constantly looked after an taken care of. The food was standard Italian, flavored very well. Nice little stop right off I35 in Gainesville, definitely worth it if you're driving by or have never been. Don't sleep on this spot.
Food was good, server was great, portions were large. Prices were a little steep but I guess not really because we brought a lot of food home. Stromboli was huge! Kids loved it too.
I was passing through & I tried this place based off the reviews. I’m disappointed. I’m not sure what they are known for but I’d say the parmesan chicken isn’t it. The sauce was bland and the chicken breast was a little over cooked. On the other hand the order was made in a timely manner and fresh. I tried it before leaving the parking lot and it was still got one I made it to Winstar. The lady that served me was nice but the restaurant was empty and only 1 car in the lot. I may go back and try something else and give it another try.
Jayden was FANTASTIC! We are heading home after Thanksgiving and the kids are gotten crazy. She understood the assignment perfectly and got our kids sorted out right away. Such a great server, we will definitely stop again! Thanks, Jayden!
Traveling through we stopped in, It was the best eggplant parmigiana I’ve ever had ! The rolls were so good , The sauce was delicious and fresh ! My husband had a Philly cheesesteak . Tasted great ! Service was excellent!
Food did not taste fresh. Pasta tasted as though it had been setting awhile. Chicken was chewy and also tasted like it had been microwaved. Not good at all. I won't go back. Staff was friendly and attentive. Just bad Italian food. Oh and the rolls were tough .and not fresh at all.
Food was not bad, but not good- definitely not the best Italian food in Gainesville. We didn’t get rolls like these other reviews mention. Expensive for the amount of food. The special doesn’t come with a salad or bread… which I find strange. I figured by the prices that it would taste a lot better and my chicken was dry, even with the copious amount of sauce. Cannoli was good but almost ruined by the Hersheys chocolate syrup that was drowning it. Food came out a little too fast… I’ll stick with Fera’s.
