A classic american diner combined with local culture makes Al Mac's a great place to stop in Fall River. The food is what you expect from a diner, large portions and flavors reminiscent of grandma's kitchen; but what I love most about Al Mac's is the down to earth reception and the building itself. Looks and feels classic and authentic, exactly what you want to show off when you have family and friends in town!
Despite a few bad reviews, probably it wasn't their day. This is a GREAT PLACE for breakfast and lunch.. I have been here four times, and NOTHING negative. Great service, great atmosphere. I truly recommend ???? it..
Always enjoy the atmosphere here. The cool location. The history attached to it and the good food. The pancakes are a go to of mine. Good food, good prices, and the owners that have it now have done a great job cleaning it up and making it better while keeping it an enjoyable landmark. Keep up the great work. Friendly staff and seeing the food prepared in front of you is a nice touch as well.
Once again had a wonderful breakfast at al mac. quick courteous and delicious.
Great find. Diner food comfort good! Attentive server and good food came out piping hot! Grill cheese excellent, and the triton chicken tenders were very moist not dried out. I would come in from CT again just to eat here!

Great atmosphere, food was average for a diner, our server wasn’t the friendliest at first but she warmed up to us over the course of our time there. I recommend giving this place a fair shot.
Great place. Delicious food. I prefer to come early because there are fewer people. Arriving around 10 AM will probably make you wait for a table and for your food.
Other than that, we love to come here for a battleship and waffles!! ????
