Literally the sweetest people ever work here. Always so pleasant to speak to on the phone and super quick service when picking up a pizza. There are plenty of good pizza spots in town, but I come here because of your staff. But with that being said, the pizza is fantastic. Great toppings & gluten free option is a huge plus!
Very yummy. The Roma pizza was delicious with lots of flavor. Pepperoni, hot sausage, peppers, and onions. The roll for the chicken parmesan sub was fresh. Would definitely go back and try another specialty pizza and sub. Small take out place with limited seating inside or outside. Take out business was nonstop as we ate outside and watched tons of orders go out.
Came in to check out a slice with two toppings. Was charged $3.50 for the anchovies on the side. When I questioned why I was paying more for one topping that was on the side than the actual slice, the manager was asked the question in the back. Would not come out to discuss. They said it’s because the gave me more of that topping on the side. Doesn’t make sense, I don’t need a whole can of anchovies for one slice. Good taste great but they swindled me for my money and gave no customer satisfaction. Had to let them know I will never come back if that’s how they charge for food. I honestly would not be here if DeAngelos was open on Sunday. Good food here at alforno but they don’t care about the customer and the customer obviously is not right. Over $7 for one slice with two toppings that they advertise as $3.40
That pizza look so good But I didn't even take a picture of it until after we started eating, it was awesome. My granddaughter picks Pepperoni off her pizza She ate this Pepperoni, and she loved which was a shock. So this was really great pizza.????????❣️❣️
Ordered pizza for delivery and was skeptical because of some questionable reviews. I would highly recommend this pizza and I will definitely be ordering again! I have to be gluten-free and it is hard to find good quality pizza especially gluten-free. This place delivered on time, high-quality pizza with high-quality ingredients at a very good price.
UPDATE to my previous post: This is why I rave about Al Forno Pizza! I ordered the Garlic Parmesan Wings, and I offered to pay for extra Parmesan, but they said no, they wanted me to try it again and this time. WOW. Now that's how you do it. That's how you treat customers! that's why I changed my original rating from a 3 PREVIOUS POST: I will let you guys be the judge of this one yourselves. I ordered Garlic Parmesan Wings at around 11:05 am. Delivery was just as they said 45 minutes. That's excellent they're always on point with the delivery. I'm used to seeing the Parmesan all over the chicken, but today it looks like they didn't add the Parmesan. I called them back and they confirmed it wasn't a new chef and he did indeed put Parmesan. Problem is I can't see it. They offered to give me extra Parmesan next time though. ???? Alforno Pizza is a great company and I have never had any issues until now. I wanna be clear on that. However today, they didn't add enough for me,not like what I'm used to seeing. Make your own decision.
My family and I have been loyal customers to Al Forno for years. This review has nothing to do with their food, as it is great. This review is for their service. Generally we order for takeout or delivery every Friday night. Who ever the young lady is that answers the phone to take orders is extremely rude, and very short with you. This has occurred on multiple occasions, and I’m quite certain it’s the same young lady every time. I know how difficult the service industry is, and I assure you my wife and I are never rude or over the top with our orders. I called to place an order this evening, and canceled it mid conversation as the call taker was extremely rude again. That being said, for the amount of money I spend on food from this place, I sure as heck ain’t dealing with that… I’m sad to say that we will probably not be returning after this evenings experience.
Door dashed took over an hour cold pizza and mozzarella sticks not able to eat. Think it was a door dash issue.
