I’ve been to a ton of shops where they sell pizza and subs. I ordered 2 small subs at $9.50 a sub and old bay fries. We waited over 20 + minutes for our food while others who ordered after us got their food. Now to the subs. 3/5 stars. The meat slices are thin and not very big as you can see in my pictures. I did notice that they hand sliced your meats which is a very good thing so that’s definitely a plus. The fries were cold. As far as overall experience 3/5 stars is a good rating.
First time stopping here while in the area. Read over posts and reviews and thought we’d give it a try. Definitely was hoping for a better outcome than we had. Sub was decent, bread was fresh (which is a plus), old bay fries were cold. We waited over 20 mins for two small cold subs and a fry. Other people that came in and ordered after us got their food before we did until we checked at counter about ours and it had been done just sitting.
Best subs anywhere for over 25 years. Just had some DoorDashed. Made them awaee of a small mistake and they had a staff member drive to my house to make it right. Great people!
Since the place has changed hands the cheese steak subs have become awful. We would not order from any other places because at one time Casapulla's had the best. They were full and tasty and the fries were amazing as well.
Since the change I have continued to order at least two times now thinking maybe it was just a one time deal for the subs to be awful but the second order was actually worse than the first order. The sub was mushy and definitely not full like It use to be ,the tomatoes were mushy and old looking , when opening my sub all I could say was lol "Wheres the Beef". My sub and fries were cold. I use to love having my one day a week of ordering out be Casapulla's but now I'm looking for somewhere else.
Sure wish it was still under the old owners care again because you can definitely tell the difference and see the difference as well. Very unhappy customer hoping that it goes back to the way it use to be.
The atmosphere and decor is definitely a feeling of Casa. The Subs Cold or Hot are simply a very good Sub. The flavors are prepared to perfection. Even though it's a fast pace atmosphere the staff is friendly and respectful. Thanks Al Casapulla's for your Service to your Community. Keep up the Great work...
Best subs ever. My husband is Italian and very picky about his Italian cold cut. He loves Casapulla's sub. Order on carryout side and have a seat in dining area. Nice atmosphere
First time being back since Al retired and I’m happy to say that the subs remain as great as they’ve ever been ???? Congratulations to the new owners and keep up the good work!
The new owners seem to have ruined it. Loved this place a while ago but good god it’s bad now. Wings were so soggy and bad. Pizza was bad and the WAIT was awful. Slow service and meh food
