I have had good food from here.
But just had the worst birria tacos and a burrito with rice and beans (not refried, just loose black beans) and rice as missing cheese…. And instead of sour cream I got sides of mayo?!?!?
Came here for a Saturday pool tournament for the first time and was not disappointed. Tables are well kept, tournament was well run, drinks are top notch, and food is delicious. I got 2 rounds of bud light michelada’s served in a huge boot. For lunch, I got a steak quesadilla with some of their house special braised pork rib hot sauce (the red sauce) and my god. It was out of this world. The owner played in the tournament with us and took excellent care of us. All around a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!!
Absolutely love this place. The food was delicious and the friendly service was my favorite part. We ordered the verde enchiladas, I would definitely order them again and again.
On 4/29 I went with a friend to Al Carbon and sat and had a dinner. We chose a soup listed for $20 on the menu and another item was under $20 and one non alcoholic drink to share and an ice cream. The bill came and it was $75!!! I asked the waiter why it was so much different and he brought me up to the counter (which I did not have to walk by or see before sitting) and showed me a hand written note about price changes!!! The soup went from $20 to 29.90!!! A 50% increase. The other items were a similar increase. I explained that he as a waiter had a responsibility to inform his customers about these things. I ended up getting $10 off but I don't feel good about it. It's a bait and switch. Print new menus, put a sign on each table, do something. I will not eat there again. Bad business practices in my opinion.

This place has 8 beautiful diamond pool tables. My team plays there a few times a quarter.
I walked in tonight and the waiter got right in my face and told me that my review was inaccurate and unacceptable. He insisted that I take my tip back. I had given him a decent tip, 20% I had no problem with his service. He was kind during my visit that I am writing about however he made quite a bit of commotion upon my return, holding out the tip and going on about it. Standing by the opinion that having a hand written note on the counter excuses a 50% price increase. I disagree and wrote this review because I don’t think that there should be such a HUGE difference between the menu price and the amount on the bill. I didn’t want the money. I think it’s the point about thinking that a note on the counter is a good reason to not tell anyone that there order is 50% higher than what is printed.

We were excited to have some peruvian food, but were disappointed with the bland dinner. The ambiance was as expected in a strip mall. They do have nice pool tables and seem to have a lot of good players.
Portions are large. I would rather have a smaller portion for a better price, but I can see that the amount of food for the price was OK. Honestly, I won't return because the food just didn't meet our expectations. The one highlight of our visit was the tirimisu; it was delicious.
Great owners and staff, makes me feel like I am going home to visit my family ,best pool tables in South west Florida!!
