The lady in front is suchba sweetheart. I have been almost discriminated in other arabic shops around the area, not here. This lady is so kind a sweet. The sweets are also great
Got to know about this place from one of my friend, best place for the people who have sweet tooth like me lol ???? unlimited varieties which is super fresh and tastes delicious! Would recommend the knafeh (ask for extra syrup), the egyptian basbousa, maamoul (walnut ones), and shahed (if you like coconut flavors),This place is a very spacious, clean and sanitized ????must try onces????
Was passing by paterson and thought of getting some baklavas .. shop was kinda empty and was spacious . Lots and lots of varieties of sweets. First things first , the service was soooooo good u like many other shops like Nabula sweets. The women was so helpful and very patient . She explained me each sweet and made me choose from
A vast variety . I have seen sub standard service in other shops , but Al basha was awesome .
They have different sizes of plates and the rates are based on the plate size . I got a medium plate for about 12$ and mixed all sweets . Quality of sweets were good but not the best I have had . Just because of their excellent service - I’ll surely give them 4 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Parking is bad . No parking outside . Need to park in side steeets ..
At Al Basha you will find some of the best pastries from the Middle East. Every is home made from scratch. Under the owners (MO)watchful eye these delicacies are put together. The flavor combinations of nuts, honey and cheese is awesome. I definitely recommend stopping by for your treats - again they have a great variety to choose from, I don’t have a picture but they have one of my favorites which is served warm - I believe it’s called Konafa or Kanuf. It’s melted cheese with. Crunchy pastry on top topped with pistachios and sugary syrup. This pastry is out of this world. It’s best to come in person and check out all the stuff they have to offer and don’t be afraid to try it’s all made with fresh delicious ingredients. Enjoy!!!!
Was in there today. The lady seems to be getting more rude by the day, if you shopped there before you would know what I’m
Saying . I asked for the #2 tray of baklava which is clearly marked $18.00 but was charged $27.00. I don’t mind paying the $27.00 but I think the (sister) needs to be more customer appreciative. Would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE. Sad.
A cozy little bakery with a-lot of great things on the menu. We ordered the mint lemonade smoothie, Turkish coffee, and arabica black tea. The mint and lemonade were absolutely delicious due to the fresh ingredients. It is hard to find this authentic taste in the States so we were pleasantly surprised! The lady behind the counter was very helpful and courteous. She gave us several samples of sweets before we bought some.
The store is nice and clean. The staff is great, but for some reason I purchased there more than once. The Kanafeh has a different taste every time. There's no consistency with it the taste. It seems the cheese they use is different every time.
The worst desserts I’ve had in America it doesn’t deserve more than 1 star. The restaurant's food is truly excellent, but this dessert place is very poor. My advice is to focus only on the food and ignore the desserts.
