Re-post: Yesterday I ordered Plain Polao for 20 people and 22 pieces of beef kabab from Al Aqsa Restaurant for a Birthday party. However, when we started serving the food, we found a bug inside one of the kababs. It was extremely disappointing and unhygienic. No one was willing to eat the food after that, and I had to throw everything away, which completely ruined the event. This was supposed to be a special occasion, but instead, it became a disaster. I am highly dissatisfied and will never order from here again. Be careful if you’re thinking about eating/ordering from here.
Ordered on Ubereats . The Shami kebab is really good . The butter chicken is good more like a curry but good . Rotis and rice are all good as well . And the food came well packed . Would order again .
The food is delicious, but what is going on? They had no professionals, and the service was terrible.Every Sunday or Monday, but not just on Sundays. On occasion, I visit them in the morning or evening when I get a chance, but their behavior is really impolite.they should provide good service for dining. People, but nobody comes and nobody asks to eat. People they do not know how to respect other people. This not Bangladesh. They assume that the client requested free food at their restaurant. However, we pay first and then eat. Please remember it.
We had we had a party. The entrance is so bad that ok like a garbage . The owner took carpet from garbage and put it into the entrance . The entrance door is broken. The entrance is chairs so stinky smelly, Look like no one can throw garbage on the entrance. sitting chair was dirty and stinky smelly. I would not suggest anyone take a chance to do party over there. My guest complaining me about the cleanliness you can get interested to getting food. The service area food table cloth was so dirty .
I ordered through DoorDash and I’m sorry to say this they have ruined goat biryani and butter chicken for me.. the biryani was rice and bones and barely any meat with a bad smell to it, the smell was from the old meat it was horrible honestly. The butter chicken looked and tasted like everything but butter chicken. Also got garlic naan it’s was good honestly but other then that ,SORRY TO DO THIS TO YOU. DO NOT RECOMMEND
This is an absolute ridiculous business they are running here! Customer service is lower than Lowest. Saw the workers misbehaving with customers many times and they take order and then forgets. I personally faced bad customer service many times here but i am usually a calm and accepting guy. But it's just too much! They don't value your time or you as a customer at all. It's not like their food is great. It's very average and basic. I don't know how they are still on busines. Not recommending this place at all.
AL-Aqsa Restaurant in Jamaica, Queens, serves some of the best halal food around. Their biryani—chicken, beef, or goat—is packed with flavor. The kebabs, meat curries, and fish curries are always tasty, and their vegetable curries are perfect for vegetarians. Don't forget to try their fresh naan, paratha, and other breads. They also offer catering for all kinds of events, like birthdays, weddings, and parties. Great food, friendly service—definitely recommended!
