A fair place to be of you wanna see some belly dancing (Fri/Sat), dance to some Bollywood music and for hookah. Ideally plan to reach before 9pm to avoid the cover charge and you will also find plenty parking space. The drinks are decently strong or ensure you have enough food. The food and service was fair and do was the hookah. The flavour was good but comes with one spout which makes waiting inevitable. The place is definitely recommended for weekend fun with friends.
What we found lacking.....
The DJ Asim is best avoidable. No real sense in the songs he picked for playing. If you can ignore this and just need sped up music, you will be happy.
They don't serve still water after 10pm. They can only sell you a 500ml bottle for 4$. That's my first. Talk about the focus on money.
The security when the belly dancing starts is like a presidential visit. But am sure they have their reasons for that.
They also add a "Non Cash Adjustment" to the bill which I have no clue what it means or if that is even legal.
Crazy crowd specially on weekends... I visited on Sunday where there was Halloween party going on.... Got halal food... Overall best place to hangout for party lovers. Don't forget to try lamb chops....

I had fun dancing salsa, Bachata, etc. D.j Wonder was great, loved the music, the Latin vibe, and the people can actually dance. The floor was not the greatest, or maybe my shoes weren't, but I still enjoyed my time here. Definitely don't salsa here again.
Disappointed, Desi people don’t visit mainly indian and pakistani’s and Bangladesh and the Dj was waste ( ASIM ). Im requesting the management to please change the DJ operator. Bad vibe

Worst Hookah ever! Asked staff to resolve issue multiple times and they are least interested and addressing the concern. This was surely last time visiting this Al Amir. ???? Highly Disappointed
As usual this place doesn’t disappoint. You have to come here and be prepared for loud music and slower service. But it’s all part of the charm. Service might be slower but it’s very accurate and timely. Mediterranean food is amazing. Ordered 2x family platter for 12 of us and we had leftovers (portions are huge)

A wonderful place for all those who enjoy Mediterranean! I went there with my friends and we ordered falafel and shawarma. It was cooked wonderfully, and the drinks were well-made. Our server, Andrew, did an amazing job catering to us and listened to our requests on our meals. We recommend anyone to ask for him if they want to visit this restaurant! The music can be a bit loud at times but it wasn't too much of a bother. We'll stop by again for New Years!
Everything about the visit was good. The atmosphere is very fun. The belly dancers exciting dance floors, entertaining the food. OK customer service is great. The food is not all that wonderful. You can get it cheaper and better other places.
