I have been here twice in the past year, including once in July 2024. The vibes and service on a weekend night are good. The drinks are great. The atmosphere is nice aside from the acoustics, i.e. the music is deafening and makes it hard to talk without speaking loudly or near someone's face.
On my July 2024 visit, there was an entertainer in a tall alien/techno suit that danced around the floor and interacted with the customers. That was cool.
The food menu is Lebanese, yet some nights the music is mostly Spanish (North & South American). While some music videos were entertaining and some tunes were catchy, I recommend that people planning a trip here find out who will be the DJ if seeking a certain genre or language of music. I didn't mind.
I wouldn't mind returning if invited by a group of people I hang out with.
Sooo many great things to say about this place. First of all it is extremely CLEAN (including the restroom) and the service feels more like you're at a friends house than an actual restaurant. Ingrid was our hostess and she was AMAZING, but not overbearing and her warmth was so genuine.
The food. Oh my goodness the food lol. Fresh, fresh, and fresh! I have recently become a lover of hummus, but never had any with meat and the meat was seasoned so freaking good that honestly If I wasn't greedy I could have just eaten that, but like I said I was greedy lol. The olives in that Greek Salad were so scrumptious and this is coming from someone that really could care less about olives, but were so good I had a bowl of olives on the side. The shrimp were very plump and grilled to perfection and the Beef Kafta Kabob tasted so good I ate the piece that came on my plate and my friends last piece and the RICE if only I could make rice like that. It was fluffy and seasoned and went nicely with our meals.
This is a classy, but not too classy place to go and get your vibe on at whether you just want some amazing Mediterranean food, want to dance, drink at the bar or lounge outside with some hookah.
Please treat yourself and step out and see what you've been missing.
Love the atmosphere, the wings are to die for. But you better get the sauce on the side. Because that shit is blazing unbearably hot. Those Pita made Quesadillas was Swanging❤️❤️ The drinks and hooka topped it off to make the perfect night.
We had a great time at Al-Amir and the food was really good with good portions. We had the mixed kabob (3 meats) and the lamb kabob. They nicely substituted a side salad for me since I can't eat rice. The food was so good we decided to order dessert--baklava and cheesecake drizzled with chocolate (mmm!). My hubby loved the Lebanese house red wine. Hamza(?) was super friendly and attentive. He and our lovely waitress helped make our dinner even more enjoyable. We ate at 7:15 p.m. and it wasn't crowded, but apparently it becomes more of a club atmosphere starting at 8 p.m., so you'll need to make reservations. We wish we lived closer (we're way on the other side of DFW) so we could go back soon!
Came here 2 days in a row! Everything is just amazingly delicious!!! Customer service is awesome too. Will come back again for sure!
I would give this place 10 stars if I could???? The meat was so fresh and juicy omg! The Martini was amazing. And the people there were so kind to us! We were there early so it was a quiet pleasant dinner. Will come again????

The only bad thing is people go to the urinal to "secretly" deal and snort cocaine. ????
And that's with a police presence...lol ???? ???? ????
But the music is awesome and there's tons of ladies here!!!!

Legs and Eggs nights were the best.
Hope they changed out the carpets and kept the dungeon room. Lol
