Service is great when you enter
Always greated by a friendly face. Service when getting food can be tough sometimes. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. As for the location, I wish it was closer to Vermont.
Canadians, watch out! Almost every time I have come and tried to withdraw CDN $ their ATM is always done. Their US ones always work.
Disgustingly low payouts.
I finally got a 3.52 bonus on River Dragons. Both bonuses barely paid 15x my bet.
I got a $5 bonus on ultimate fire link and didn't even get $50.
I got a 2.64 bonus on Dancing Drums and got $50
$2.50 bet on Huff and Puff and won $20.
$1.76 bonus on Pig and paid $17.
Only had one decent bonus _1.50 that paid $75. So many dead spins and finally when bonuses came they were almost all trash.
I literally lost $800USD/1200 CDN in about half an hour with average bets of $3.
I will never come here again.
We stayed at the Player's Inn. The hotel was nice and the complimentary breakfast was very good. It was a short walk to the casino outside, which was okay but could be a problem in the winter. We ate at the Tavern restaurant in the casino for lunch and it was very good. The casino is okay, but the variety of slot machines is not great, and it is hard to spend more than a couple of hours there. There's a decent number of machines to play in Canadian dollars.
The best bartender ever is Lauryn at Cascades. The buffet is only open on certain days. Valet is open most of the time. Plenty oparking parking. Hotel is on the same property. Players Inn within walking distance of the Casino.
A fun way to spend a night. Rooms are a good price, just wish there was a coffee machine in the room but there is a coffee shop at the main entrance that opens at 6am. They also have the table we enjoy, Let It Ride, which they took away in Canada. Everytime we've gone, both tables of Let It Ride get filled fairly quickly.
Had not gone for a while being that I am 2.5 hrs away and my driving is limited, so I go on bus trips to play slots and enjoy their buffet. Went this September 15th and it wasn't a great experience. Our cards were not loaded with the free credit or food credit, so I had to make a line which was uncomfortable since I cannot stand for too long. And it used up time we could had used for more entertainment. Then we made sure to go to the buffet to get to use our voucher and paid $10 OOP in addition ($22 for brunch). Not as good as I remember. Limited selection. Last piece of baked ham was given to the person before me and another serving was not brought out in a timely manner. Checked twice in 20 minutes. It was a sweltering day out and the casino floor was very hot and uncomfortable. At least won a few times at the machines. Not anything big. That was the only good part.
Our stay at Akwesasne Casino was more than I expected. The front desk associate, Winter was extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating. He made sure our two-night stay was worth the trip and it was!! Winter was very prompt in making sure we settled into our room
and even extended the pool hours a little later for us. The breakfast was delicious and the cook was very nice and friendly. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the view from our room was spectacular! The entire property is beautifully landscaped and the security reassured our stay at the resort. Again, thank you Winter for your hospitality, kindness, and your attentiveness!
I highly recommend this place and I will definitely rebook whenever I am up to visit again from Albuquerque, NM!

I have been blocked on social media and all comments deleted all reviews deleted. We stayed here a few weeks ago now and arrived really late at night. Dropped our stuff in the room (after they told us they had none yet the internet was showing we could book one) and went to the casino. Came back around 130-2am ready for bed after a long long day of travel. There was poop on the bed, literally. Toothpaste in the sink, the shampoo and soap were half used, pubes in the shower and hair. Used toilet paper on the bathroom ground and toilet seat was up. Beard hair in all corners of the sink. Floor not vacuumed. They brought us up some cleaning spray in a clear bottle - no idea what it was. But we both woke up in a rash all over our arms. We asked for a manager and told there wasn’t one. They brought us new bedding also. As no other rooms were available. In the morning at checkout the manager says she had to talk to a director. Waited 3 days after check out and no call back but charged my card day 3. 250 some dollars for a very disgusting room, at the old comfort inn building they bought. These reviews are alll over they’re just deleted quickly. Do not stay here.
