Unfortunately I can only give 3 star turmeric to the service. Cook was great food was to. We sat down and seen two other tables get their food cooked before we even had a chef. They cam in after us as well. Not inly that we seen our server twice. Once for the drink order and once for the food order. Once the chef finally did come she was nowhere to be found. Z was her name or something like that. When it was time for the bill she put the whole table on one check even when we wasn't with the other people at the table. Then she wasn't the one who brought the ticket. Never got a refill either. Bill was 156 and change with an automatic 18% for 25 and change for her tip. I guess since she knew she already was getting a tip she didn't care about her service towards us. Service definitely could improve regardless if it's an automatic tip or not check on your customers. Very disappointed with the service today that's for sure.
The food was great, but the person taking the order was new. She made a mistake, and she did not fix it. MARCH
June - We had a great visit tonight. We got there at 8:35, and they close at 9:00. We sat at a booth, and everything came out quickly. They were quite accommodating, and no errors were made.
I was pleased with the clear soup, so I ordered one to go.
I could not believe my waitress kept checking on me. 3 times in 30 minutes. Unheard of as crazy as it sounds. The Hibachi chef was very nice and gentle with my 3 year old's first time being at a Hibachi table. I am eating the leftovers while writing this. It inspired me to come back and post this. I reheated this in my microwave and it is JUST AS GOOD as when the gentleman cooked it. I mean I just can't believe that in itself. I am not only impressed. I'm invested. I met the best family that was having their son's birthday and the father told me I wouldn't be disappointed adding that it was their favorite restaurant. I sincerely give the food/family friendly/dating friendly environment a 10/10. The food....an easy 12/10. Thank you ❤️
This place has WAY to much going on. I've never seen so many wait staff at 1 restaurant. You would think, Great, I'm going to get Awesome service. ". No, No you are not! Our waitress was taking care of multiple sections of the restaurant which made no sense... The only time we saw her was when she took our order & brought us our check... Someone else brought us our food, someone different brought us our refill (which was the wrong drinks), someone else brought us back our credit card which I was TOTALLY UNCOMFORTABLE with.... The food was absolutely atrocious.... I know the line was through the door for people trying to sit at the Hibachi side of the restaurant which might be great, but the side where we just had a regular table, service & food were so bad, that for the 1st time in my life I refused to leave a tip...
5+ Stars all around!!! Great food, the chef was Amazing, interacting with everyone, and we had a large group of friends. The wait staff went way above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of. The entire restaurant was a showcase for fine dining and a family-friendly atmosphere.
Been here for many times, trying their hibachi show, sushi, sashimi and fried rice ..
I love their scallop teppayaki (?)
Would be back to try their noodles soup and katsu ????
I’m currently sitting here at the bar was one of the best bartenders I’ve encountered in a long time! I cannot say the good things about Lucas. She is kind she is caring she’s understanding, and she is just all-around a bad ass bartender being a server I typically don’t recommend people sit at the bar, but in this case, I have to say if Lucas is working the bar is the place to be!
The service was good but was not prepared for our party. The day we went in, they only had two cooks, and he did a great job, but it would have been a much greater experience if they would have had more cooks. The food was good other than my shrimp tasted, not fresh.
