Amazing food experience! Fresh and tasty sushi made with love and at great price point which is not pricey.
I felt lost with the variety of dishes in the menu. Rainbow roll and the one with eel are my top ones. If you are like me , the chef Larry is here to adapt any dish at your taste. I feel grateful for that. Akashi also has enough parking just on the back which is very important for me.
Definitely highly recommended as best sushi in town ????
Classic rolls, not too much rice like a lot of places, just felt like good quality, also great service, and cozy atmosphere. Very fair prices too!
I love this place every time I go here I always have an amazing time. Their service is impeccable and their owner very friendly. The food was delicious, very fresh and tasty. And even the desserts are astounding and delicious.????????
First off I want to say that I absolutely love this restaurant. Definitely some of the best rolls in Miami. With that being said, I decided to try a few different dishes on my most recent visit. I ordered the Shrimp and Vegetable Tempura dinner which I felt was average and had a bit too much breading and not enough shrimp. I also ordered the vegetable Udon noodles which were again okay, but had too much cooking oil for my preference. My girlfriend had the Rainbow Roll which she was happy with. I think I will stick with the sushi rolls when I go back.
Really nice small place off of a main street. Menu has a wide variety of things so if you are not a sushi person you can come here too. We did straight sushi and sashimi. The Sashimi sampler which had White Tuna, Salmon, and regular Tuna. Very fresh and was very good. All of the rolls we had were very solid. The interesting thing was the spicy tuna, this was very different than other places. This looked to be a tuna roll cut up,and set on the plate with a spicy sauce on the top of it. I am not sure how I feel about it. It was not bad, it was just different from what is normally served at sushi places. Would definitely come back here again when in Miami. There are a lot of things I would like to try.
This is an excellent place, sushi and everything we ordered was very fresh. Currently they are doing only take-out and everything is packaged in styrofoam boxes. I'll definitely come back when they re-open after the covid crisis is over.
The pictures on the order of the lunch special 14.00 or so this place is worth the drive do you want sushi go here there’s still in takeout moon only the dining room is closed but the place is busy as can be because the food is Awesome
The dinner menu looks awesome got to come back for dinner
Food was excellent, and they had a selection of good beer. The restaurant was nicely decorated, but it is located in a strange spot. There is a paid parking garage, metered spots, and a municipal lot for paid parking. No other places to park, but you can pay from your phone in the municipal lot.
