We came in from out of town just wanting a good meal. I didn't even need to look at the menu with Matt helping us! Once he got our vibe he helped us order with his very thoughtful attitude on what we wanted. I wish I could give Matt and A.K.A. 10 stars. The food and the service were great. Killer caramelized brussel sprouts with bacon, chicken wings, avocado salad and great coffee!
Order the shrimp and grits for brunch. Thats all I have to say. It was incredible! We sat on the patio on a Sunday morning and it was a great experience. Sorry, I did not take the pic a bit earlier. To busy eating...
We came here twice and the food was amazing each time. Jessica was our server and she was very attentive and took good care of us. Would recommend 100%. Cute little place with great vibes.
I've been here a few times. Love the outdoor seating option. Seasonal beer and ciders! Great unique drinks and good seasonal food options. The fries are the best! I have had the wings, artichoke dip, apple pie cinnamon roll (pictured below) prime rib, and salads. I am a foodie, so I am always looking for different and excellent food. NA drink called sexy water is delicious too if you don't drink! Never took photos because I was too hungry, haha. Will update soon. The only complaint is that the portions on some items are not large for the price, not enough sauce amount, not organic (to my knowledge), and the food comes out not very hot depending on your order. So, it is a bit inconsistent depending on the server and day. Had great service overall, though, and recommend trying it out! Overall, it is a great local spot with good food and spirits. Will be back to try other items and brunch!

This restaurant is an absolute gem! The food is fantastic, with each dish perfectly prepared and bursting with flavor. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of.
A special shout-out to Cheyenne, who was simply amazing! She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. Her professionalism and warmth made the dining experience even better. And the bartender deserves praise too, crafting delicious drinks that paired perfectly with the food.
Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and even better service. Will definitely be back!
Went here for happy hour date night with my partner this evening. We fell in love with Emily. She took great care of us, and gave me the best NA cocktail I’ve had in town. We honestly want to go back just to be her friend. This place was already a top tier restaurant in downtown with the best patio, and Emily is undoubtedly MVP material.

AKA is one of our family’s favorite spots to grab a beer with friends, go out for a date night, or treat our kids to brunch. They have the nicest patio in town, friendly hostess & servers, and great seasonal menu items and cocktails. We always feel right at home when we’re there and you can tell AKA owners and staff take a lot of pride in providing excellent food and service. If we have a larger table or coming during peak times, we like to call ahead for reservations and they’re always so accommodating. And bonus, their patio is dog friendly!
