Went out looking to try out a Peruvian Restaurant on 4th July and they
were open. Waitress was polite and courteous. The Causa with Tuna was unique (mix w cilantro n tomatoes) and tasty but the tuna was a bit watery in comparison with other places I have been. The Chaufa chicken n beef was excellent, could taste the saltado and the portion definitely for 2. Great location definitely will visit again.
We were visiting the area and we were so glad to find this Peruvian restaurant. I've been to other Ají Limón locations but this is by far the best. I don't know if it's a franchise or not but this one is definitely worth the visit.
We ordered causa de atún and it had bell peppers which was a surprise to me. The mashed potato part was on point. We also ordered Chaufa of beef and chicken. We loved it because it didn't have eggs. Flavor was all there though. But by far my favorite was Tres Mares! I didn't think it was so big but the portions are very generous and we had left overs. Chicha morada was perfect and the dessert super fresh I can't rave enough about this place!!! Too bad we don't live close by otherwise this place would be my go to for sure! It is very rare when you find a place that makes everything fresh and everything taste good. This is it
What an amazing meal!! ???? Portion sizes are large and packed with flavor! The Fish Ceviche was amazing!! 100% recommend you try it. All the seafood was cooked perfectly which goes to show the expertise of the chef. If you are adventurous you should try the beef heart skewers which we thoroughly enjoyed.
This place was incredible. A real gem. I especially appreciate the vegetarian options and very helpful and friendly service. Definitely do yourself a favor and try the dessert!
This is a great Peruvian spot. I eat here Everytime I come to Cape Coral. I never tried the food truck that sits outside so I decided to try it and got empanadas which had powdered sugar on it which I thought was super different. I also purchased a tamale and my total was $13.99 and the lady didn't show me the screen to where you can tip so I figured they don't take tips outside. But when I checked my bank the next day my total was $16.75 so apparently the lady outside took it upon herself to give herself a tip which I don't appreciate because you can simply show the screen to customers so they can pick a tip. That's why I put service as a 3 star. Other then that this place is great.
Tickles your taste buds with foods that seem familiar - pork roast and potatoes - and presents them with new flavors and cooking styles. Ceviche is awesome!
For REAL treat, try the sweet potato and squash donuts for dessert. Perfectly crispy on the outside and a bit chewy on the inside, drizzled with a cinnamon sauce. Don't turn your nose up at sweet potatoes......try them.
The service is great! Friendly and knowledgeable and with heart felt smiles.
The parking lot in the afternoon does not tell the story about this place at all. There is usually there are only one or two cars in the lot. However, the parking lot at night tells a way different story...
This place was packed. I got the very last parking spot.
Inside, a very nicely done interior. The lighting was perfect. You could be very romantic here, in a corner.
The food was very good. The tamale was moist and flavorful. The roasted corn and dip were a very nice touch. My steak was cooked perfect. (medium) And the fried rice was absolutely wonderful. It was full of flavor.
The staff was wonderful and fast. I will definitely come back again.
I’ve been to multiple locations of Ají Limon but this one tops off compared to the rest. Always quiet, available seats with no wait time and amazing food. I go once a month and its definitely worth the extra drive as I live closer to the other location
