✨ DATE NIGHT PERFECTION ✨
This place is absolutely stunning! I've visited several times, and each experience has been fantastic. The food is both delicious and beautifully presented, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is aesthetically pleasing with gorgeous décor. There's a spacious area in the back for larger groups, and the restrooms, located downstairs, are impeccably clean. Nestled along Route 206 in Montgomery and just five minutes from Princeton, this restaurant deserves way more attention.
If you're seeking a beautifully designed setting with great food, perfect for those 25 and older, this is the spot. The prices are reasonable, and the drinks... oh my! ???? I plan to work my way through the entire drink menu (though not all in one sitting, of course ????). Host a gathering here, and you'll definitely impress your guests.

I want to start with the decor and architecture. The ambience here is insane, so comfortable and high class. I have no idea how the maintain the huge grounds and keep them perfect inside and out.
The server we had said it was her first day, but she was great. The food was so fresh it was fantastic. Sake was well plated, along with appetizers and sushi. Some in our party got main entrees that were unique and delicious. The Wasabi mashed potatoes were a favorite at the table.
Overall if you're in the Princeton area do not miss it, great sushi bar and main bar options if you're not looking for sit down.
Also good veg/vegan options.
We got there and there wasn’t a large crowd but we still had to wait for someone to attend to us.
The staff were just passing by us totally ignoring our table and this happened for at least 10 minutes before someone came to take our drink order. After the drinks were brought, again no one came to ask if we were ready to order the food. We had to call upon someone before our order was taken.
I won’t be going here again. The chicken was supposed to be spicy but it came out sweet instead.
If you want a restaurant where you’d feel comfortable and be attended to, then this ain’t the place. Wait time is long and service isn’t good. The atmosphere isn’t nice as well

This is a maybe place even for lunch specials.
They look nice and have pretty plates & displays but that's about it. Food was between meh and alright, not at all worth their price tag.
The worst part was the service - they were not attentive, nor careful. They didn't even take our empty dishes away until I asked them to. We went in there around 4PM and there were only 2, 3 other groups in the hall.
Will not be returning here, will not recommend this place to anyone. Should've excused ourselves when the server felt off.
Chicken Satay ($12): Bland. Had to ask for salt. Which came in a grinder that had smidges of food bits on them.
Tangerine Roasted Duck ($33): Alright. Not keeping up with its price tag.
Mango Bento box ($30): Not worth the price.
The waitresses were kind and the food was
fine, but not a fan of some of the signature rolls, specifically the fried ones. The large dining room can also get really loud, and the music can get quite loud too. My friend said her chicken satay was very dry and she didn’t finish her plate. But, we all loved the tuna “dumplings” and I liked the Foxy roll. Not a bad place but not my go-to, and I’m not the most keen on returning. Overall, great service, okay food.
Where unique restaurant with an eclectic fusion feel between the Quon and doors, the LED lighting and the very unique artwork. Food was very good overall unfortunately the service was very poor overall with it taking an hour for me to get a drink refill and I never received my order of food.
Aja is A #1 and has been so since they opened some years ago. They offer a wide-ranging menu with lots of options in terms of both the type of food and the varied ways different foods are prepared.
We are Big fans of their seafood entrees. For example, on our most recent visit, my wife opted for the Red Snapper (photo) while I chose the Tangerine Flounder (photo). We shared them; so, we each got some of both fishes.
Our favorite appetizers are Spring Rolls and Chicken Satay. Both were great, as usual.
Aja is a very cool place with a big bar (photo) and a fish pond. The decor is light and fun.
We have dined at Aja many times and it is always very good.
When I entered the restaurant, I really liked the ambiance. It is spacious. They have an amazing menu, I loved everything which I ate there. I noticed that their service is a bit slow, they took almost 15 min to come to us after we sat down.
