Food: basic cheese pizza and a custom pizza were OK. Garlic knots were burnt.
Service: no one asked if food was good. Silverware racks empty and staff had no clue. Paper towels were in the form of huge bathroom roll.
Atmosphere: Food Inspector should pay a surprise visit to check the facility and hygiene. It will be a disaster for the pizzeria.
What else? The staff does not care about anything.
Service and atmosphere were great - as soon as I stepped up to the counter to order and again for the take-out box someone helped me. The bathrooms were excellent minus an overful trashcan. The House Salad we ordered was loaded with mushrooms, olives, and tomatoes. Only complaint was the lack of lettuce in the salad - my last 5 bites were void of lettuce. The dressing selection was Italian, Thousand Island, Caesar, Ranch, and Vinagarette among other options. We ordered the large regular crust Garden pizza add canadian bacon with garlic butter and marinara. The crust was dry and there was a severe lack of cheese (no we did not request extra cheese when ordering) so that we loaded with table parmesan. They also forgot to bring out the dipping sauces, but when I walked to the counter and asked for them, the cashier who checked me out handed them to me without me having to remind him which flavors I ordered. The garlic butter didn't taste that great - I can't say what about it was strange, but something tasted a little weird. Overall 4/5.
The lateness of our pizza was rivaled only by its state of catastrophic overachievement in the oven. The crust, blackened to the consistency of regret, suggested it had spent its formative moments not baking, but enduring some kind of fiery existential crisis.
We have been ordering the white pizza from you guys for years. Normally on the gluten free crust. Tonight we wanted to try the thin crust. Please see photo. I don’t think it was made on a thin crust. I called and talked to Lucus and sited my concern. According to him, he made it personally and said it was a thin crust. It’s thin in the middle. I was very disappointed on how that was handled. I just asked if he can make it right with me on my next order and he said no. He made it how I ordered it. Look at the picture, if that’s a thin crust, I hate to see what a thick crust looks like. Lucy’s did not even try to offer to remake another one. I have never had bad service like this with you guys. I guess I will be looking for another pizza joint. Too bad, normally, you guys awesome.
A-J Anus Jack-off. We were there to order a pizza. What came out was a thick dough based thing that appeared to have sprayed on cheese. The cheese was so thin that it could be peeled off. The dough was overwhelming. We ordered pizza, not dough. An employee using a laptop at a table opened the back door and vaped while the smoke permeated our table from the wind. The young, lady waitress was rude and could at least offer to get the plates.
A j's provided pizzas in two thousand fourteen for our son's rehearsal dinner. The pizzas were wonderful. Then as well as the service. It was fun to see how much they've grown. What a beautiful location was a beautiful view. Great employees and yes the pizza was wonderful.
Every table but one was dirty when we walked in. Our pizza hit the table before our cheesy bread did, it came out halfway through our meal. It was cremated, the oil they brushed on tasted burned so I took it back and I was told the lady at the counter recommended it not be served but they did anyhow. They told me they would remake it and they did, only after everyone else in the place had been served. Their error put me at the back at the end of their queue and we waited for another 25 minutes for them to decide to bring us a less burned corpse of a cheese bread abomination.
They delivered to me and I am thankful for that being a little outside their zone. But... The pizza i received was burnt all around the edges, top & bottom. I would not have served this pizza to any customers.
