The food was good and reasonably priced, although I think the amount of meat in the plate is a little small but that's just my opinion. The workers were nice, and the food tasted fresh.
Nice customer service and nice clean area and had the gyro And hummus appetizer with pita bread. It was so fresh and the meat was so tender to eat would give it a 10 out of 10!
Been eating gyro/kebab all over the country this summer as I travel a lot. This has been the most disappointing by a long shot. $11 for a kebab sandwich? It’s a tiny amount of meat that came from a bag rolled in a tortilla and pressed in a flat iron. Taste 2/10. How did this take 15 minutes to wait on? If you’re looking for Greek food keep moving
Amazing food. Amazing service. Really clean restaurant. We were in town and looking for lunch and really glad someone recommended AJ Greek. There were so many options and everyone was very patient with us answering all of our questions and even letting us try stuff out before ordering. 100% recommend.
First time visit.
I order a “chicken shawarma wrap” with garlic sauce on the side. Total was $10.27.
The order took twenty five minutes exact to prepare. Mind you she was working alone and food is made fresh to order. I did not mind the wait and I appreciated the freshness of the food.
I mentioned the wait time so that you’re aware to order ahead of time and please be patient with the staff. They’re doing an amazing job creating fresh food us. If you have an issue with the wait contact the owner don’t take it out on the staff please.
The chicken shawarma meat was delicious and piping hot. I will be returning again. Next time I’ll request two more pickles. A nice hidden gem in Oakcliff!!!
I had the gyro sandwich meal. Let's start with the Lamb gyro. The flavor was on point, as well as the tenderness. The tzatziki sauce has a good flavor and is not overpowering the lamb. The pita bread seemed to be a good quality. The fries were fresh, hot, and crispy.
I love AJ’s!! I love how convenient and quick they are and food quality and taste remains consistent. We always get a bunch of apps on a Friday night and just indulge- It’s one of my favorite meals. This place is a gift for this neck of the woods. I hope they stay open for years to come!!
