Saba did great with threading and tinting my eyebrows, and even gave me recommendations on how to keep tint for longer. I got a little bit late to my appointment due to traffic but they still took me. All the ladies working there were extremely nice and polite, absolutely will come back!
I got my haircut with Saba and she is an expert at creating those beautiful layers to give volume and bounce to the hair! She is an absolute must to request for when you book your appointment. She also makes you feel so comfortable throughout the whole appointment!
I came to the salon on Friday with an appointment for hair styling for my bridal shower event that evening (I am the bride). They had an inexperienced young girl do my hairstyling. I knew she was inexperienced because she didn’t even know how to turn on the hair straighter. I want to share with the public HOW WRONG SHE DID ME. Here is a picture of what I asked for vs what she did to me. Never in my life have I ever been so humiliated from a hair salon. THE DISRESPECT to think she would let me go out in public looking like a troll, especially to my own bridal shower. Wow. If she didn’t have the skill or knowledge to do my half up do, just say so and I can go somewhere else! Or have someone else do it. She was just winging it and flying by the seat of her pants! I felt so embarrassed and angry I told her that I hated it and please remove it and just give me simple curls. She said she could fix it but I was running out of time, I said no. She then proceeded to charge me $45 for simple curls. I could’ve curled my hair better myself if I knew she was going to do me like that. I ran home upset and brush out the curls that she did! $45 down the drain! PLEASE DONT COME HERE FOR HAIRSTYLING or UPDOS! Brides beware!
I have ALWAYS gone to Aisha for my eyebrows and waxing, but after this mess, I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE.
Love love this location. Ms.Saba is very patient with me whenever I come in to get my eyebrows done. She listens carefully and does an amazing job every time. She’s clean, attentive and gentle.
I have been coming to Aisha’s Salon Grand Parkway location for the past year. I do haircut, eyebrows and upper lip. I always ask for Mary , she is wonderful, easy to communicate with, does exactly what I ask her to do. She always goes above and beyond. Highly recommend her.
I am really disappointed with the service I had today, To start off Kausar badly messed up my eyebrows, she thinned one out and they don’t look symmetrical at all she didn’t color my eyebrows in before hand. But I trusted the process because she’s a “professional”. Not only did she mess up my eyebrows but also my sisters. I have very sensitive skin and before she began to thread my eyebrows she didn’t put powder over them or aloe Vera after, so now my eyelids have a slight rash. Which left my skin irritated.
A few minutes after leaving the shop, I called and asked to speak with the manager, she began to tell me there was nothing they could do about it, and that I’d have to wait for the head office to have final decision. Im really disappointed at their customer service.
We went back to the shop to try and see if we could find a solution for this, but the receptionist began to catch and attitude, rolling her eyes.
I’m hoping that the whoever is in charge of management is a better person than the ladies at the shop, and offer me a full refund for my service today since I am not interested in going to any other of these locations. I get it, it’s not their eyebrows so they DONT care about others people eyebrows. But I hope management sees this.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Kausar and the front lady were extremely rude to me. To start off, Kausar did my eyebrows wrong. She didn’t shade my eyebrows before she threaded them. She also didn’t add powder to begin with, so my skin irritated horribly. & when she finished she threaded off half of the front part of my eyebrow. I mentioned it to her, and she said my eyebrows were already like that ( which was a lie )
We then paid and called the salon within the same hour. I expressed how I felt about their service and they were extremely rude, they put Kausar on the line. & she knew exactly who I was before I even spoke on the phone. (She KNOWS she messed up my eyebrows.) She kept claiming my eyebrows were already messed up and they called me a liar multiple times over the phone. However, I have PROOF of what my eyebrows looked like before I got them done. They said they couldn’t do anything about it.
I went back to the shop, very upset about the situation and I started speaking to the front office lady. She was EXTREMELY RUDE, and was rolling her eyes at me. I made it clear I was disappointed with their service, and just wanted a refund for my sister and I ( because Kausar messed up my sisters eyebrows too) And as a customer, I have every right to ask for a refund because i asked for it the SAME DATE THAT IT HAPPENED (11/16/2024) I was very dissatisfied with their service. But they didn’t do anything about it.
Hope their head office can refund me, for the horrible service my sister and I were given & the horrible way they treated us.
Received a premium haircut which includes a wash, blow dry, haircut & hair styling. Tosheen was my hairstylist and also threaded my eyebrows. She did an amazing job!
