Very bad experience with them. My hair was long and beautiful and I wanted to change the style and cut it layered and I asked for that, but the employee cut my hair too much and made my hair tired and there is no shape for the haircut. It is very bad. I don’t like it I don’t recommend.
I recently visited this place to get my eyebrows done, and while the work itself was of decent quality, I had a less than pleasant experience. The technician who works on seat number 3 her pressure was way too high, resulting in her accidentally hurting my eyelid, threading the skin off while working on my brows. To top it off, when I didn't tip her, she and the receptionist made faces, which left me feeling uncomfortable and unappreciated as a customer. Overall, while the work was good, the service and professionalism left much to be desired.
Every 2 weeks I visit Rahila for my eyebrow threading. I never leave disappointed, she is the best!! All the ladies there do a wonderful job, however Rahila is my favorite; very kind & personable. We always have a great conversation while I'm in her chair.
The first thing I said was "I want to keep my unibrow" and I touched it. The first pull was my unibrow, and I jumped up and she said it was just a mistake. I am so hurt, my hair is so important to me, and I feel very unheard and minimized.
I tried to leave twice but she offered to do my full face.
I wasn't asked to pay, so that's nice at least. (2 stars for not making me pay). But I would pay twice to get what I asked for. I'm so upset, and feel very minimized.
I always go to this places for doing my eyebrows, I live far in cypress but I like how they do it, today I tried to do my hair and that was a disaster, she doesn't know how to to do black hair, if you don't know just say not! I paid $78 dollars and the cashier only said I'm sorry, really? I spent 2 hours and I left looking like a crazy Lady and you will let me pay the whole price for something that you see don't look good? But that's ok. I will show how my hair looks when is straight and how to look when I left from this place. I never go back to this place, ever! Pd the lady is really nice but overall I'm really disappointed with my hair and the administration.
Staff was very rushed and unprofessional. They burned my daughter’s skin during underarm waxing process. NEVER going back to AISHA location again.
I visited this salon hoping to get my eyebrows threaded, a simple service that I assumed would be available to everyone. However, I was disappointed to learn that it’s apparently only for women. As a customer, I believe everyone should have equal access to services, regardless of gender. It’s disappointing that this salon enforces such outdated and discriminatory practices. Due to this policy, I will not be returning to this salon and will be sharing my experience with others to raise awareness about the importance of inclusivity in businesses. I hope they reconsider their policies to create a more welcoming environment for all customers.
I had a truly awful experience at this salon. First of all, they pressured my wife to tip them before they even finished the service, which felt incredibly uncomfortable. The lady providing the service even made comments about the tip not meeting her expectations, which is completely unprofessional. To top it off, they charged her a whopping $85+ for the service.
But that's not all - they made a mess of my wife's eyebrows, causing them to bleed. The overall experience left her feeling extremely uncomfortable, and the staff's rudeness was simply unacceptable. We won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone.
