Gina!!!! Was absolutely brilliant! I have always had black hair and in years of getting my hair done I was never pleased with the outcome until today!! When I visited the salon for the first time and was taken care by Gina who for the first time in my life gave me the look I was looking for! She was worth every dollar and she will always be my go to stylist!

I had an amazing experience at Aisha Beauty Salon! I got my hair cut, blow-dried, eyebrows threaded, and waxing done, and everything turned out perfect. The staff was so nice and welcoming, especially Gina and Aisha, who made me feel so comfortable. The rates are the best in town! Highly recommend this salon for their professionalism, excellent service, and affordability!

Absolutely loved my hair cut and highlights! Shoutout to Ariel who did an exceptional job. I’m so happy I followed my gut when visiting this salon, I made my appointment online, got there and was greeted by Ariel right away. I was a little anxious since it was my first time there but Ariel made me feel super comfortable, even asking if I wanted something to drink, they offer coffee, water or wine. Definitely come back. I even got discount cards for when I comeback. The pricing was a little high but I had a lot done, wash, butterfly cut, partial highlights, toner and blow dry and my hair is long, so I always gotta pay extra. I would say it’s worth it, especially because Ariel will do exactly what you want and even gave me suggestions to make the look even better! My hubby loved it on our date night ❤️
After the reply to my initial review from the stylist who did my hair I felt the need to prove my claims which saddens me. For any upset/unsatisfied customer to have to go to this extent to defend themselves on multiple occasions to someone who is supposed to be the “manager of a hair salon” because the client wasn’t satisfied & wrongfully charged without their knowledge blows my mind. I am in shock at the behavior Ariel had throughout this situation. Not ONCE during any interactions has he said sorry you feel that way acknowledged my feelings or tried to make things right instead he has proceeded to speak to me in a condescending way & argue with me about my visit at the salon& what happened. I was told my starting rate for a balayage would be $210. I have no reason to lie. To prove it their prices are listed on a paper in the store. I asked pricing because yes I wanted to make sure before I proceeded it was something I was willing to spend. I should have known they were sketchy when he said we usually don’t discuss pricing beforehand but he showed me $210 I thought that was reasonable. Plus I was supposed to receive my 15% NEW CUSTOMER DISCOUNT they were offering(Conveniently not shown on the receipt provided to me) I have provided my bank statement showing my total of $443.88 NOT $400 like Ariel says. I have attached proof of the receipt I was provided with my charges totaling in $360 which is NOT my final total or itemized receipt. The tip is not shown on this so called receipt provided which also conveniently doesn’t show the TAXES they charge. I know what you’re thinking “taxes?” Yes taxes. Never in my life heard of any salon charging taxes on services. I didn’t buy goods for you to charge me taxes. But that is another story for the Better Business Bureau. That is what he claims was the additional charge bringing my total from $360 to $400. To clarify the tip I left Ariel was $45 not $40 like he stated. But to no surprise his entire response is filled with LIES. As he now also states I agreed to “terms” as if I signed some sort of waivers or conditions before getting my hair done. Mind you he posted a video of me to which I asked it be removed from their page because I was not satisfied and NOT okay with my face being shown. He deletes my comment and responds to me on this google review about that. Refuses to take the video down huge violation. I am not one to be cheap with spending money on services because I’m a perfectionist & will pay top dollar to get quality services. But let’s be real here my photo showing what I wanted vs what I got clearly results were NOT achieved. Never said I “loved” my hair because I didn’t. I left the salon unsatisfied and my face said it all because even the owners at the front were telling me how nice I looked I didn’t agree with them just said “thanks”. Ariel also knew I was unsatisfied & offered to do a touchup to get the color I actually was supposed to get in the future. Why would I trust returning after this experience if you couldn’t do it right the first time. Honesty would have gone a long way if he had just told me he couldn’t get it that way and shown me more realistic options. But not persuade me into thinking he knew exactly what he was doing all while later admitting to me he should have used a stronger developer for the blonde. I have gotten balayage before & my experience with a professional salon who specializes in balayage was totally different. Balayage includes toner because how else are going to do a full head of highlights without toner? So yes that $65 is a scam cause you never once mentioned that additional charge. $85 for you to trim my ends and blow-dry my hair would have been acceptable had you straightened my hair the way I asked. I have every right to be upset. I have made it very clear that due to the stress I’ve encountered because of this individual I no longer wish to speak to him ONLY the owners moving forward. And yes I’m aware they’re on vacation. I will give them some time to reach out to me before I move forward with this as a legal matter.
WORST HAIR SALON EVER !!! I asked for caramel highlights and I got out with bleached super blonde hair not what I asked at all. Gina and her coworkers were just laughing and talking between them and texting each other gossiping. Very rude. Karmen and GINA sighed when I told them I wanted a blow-dry and they sighed throughout my entire blow-dry because I had long hair. The manager told me to come back whenever I want to fix that terrible hair color that I had and that I won’t pay anything. I came back weeks later to ask for them to fix the color and they told me that I would have to pay because I should’ve scheduled an appointment in the 5 days following that day, but also Karmen and Gina told me that I should at least come back 2 weeks after so I don’t damage further my hair. We treated them good , we left a large amount of tips for each of one of them and they did a terrible service . They are not professional at all and I know what I’m taking about because I never had a problem with a hair salon before. I never seen someone doing highlights like the way that they do it . They are scammers and I am not even sure they are certified or have a diploma. Even if they do I wonder from what sketchy school. I come from France and we have amazing hair stylist over there , I should’ve never trust Aisha beauty salon for my hair. It was the first and last time. I have a lot more negative to say about my experience but it would be too long. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR HAIR
Karmen was very knowledgeable. During my consult she explained very thoroughly how the colors combine and what type of highlights would go with my hair. He was very nice and helpful. At my appointment she recapped what she will be going and explained every product she would apply on my hair. I enjoyed my experience with Karmen. She did a fantastic job on my hair and was even better than what I was expecting. Thank you Karmen!
One of the best experiences of my life!!! truly one of the best places to get your hair hands down. Everyone in the salon was extremely friendly and welcoming they offered me all of the possible selections of drinks to choose from and elevated my hair in best way possible thanks you Ariel for your incredible work and the whole team at Aisha beauty salon for your welcoming and kind environment!! So excited for my next retouch can’t wait.
