Stay away this place is a bug motel. Don't stay here please don't stay here it's terrible and terrifying.
It is what it is. I took someone there for the night because they were a victim of domestic violence and was dropped off my Gibson County into Madison County and none of the agencies could help at that time so between the JPD officer, management at the place they were dropped off at and myself we put the person here. The room smell very stale and old smoke. It was clean enough for what we needed at the time but the price was a little much, but it served its purpose. Definitely not a place I would recommend for a real stay.
They have no phone number. Some of my friends things were still
Stolen there, including her dog, don't recommend staying there. Police would not even help. Beware. Also increased price after a couple days without notice.
The staff was really nice, besides when my wife went into labor and they provided no help whatsoever. I can’t believe that i have to tell people that my baby was born in a really disgusting motel. Otherwise no complaints
Without a doubt, the worst motel I have ever stayed in. Got trapped into it since I was caught on my motorcycle by a sudden violent thunderstorm which included hail. I (thought) I was headed into open country so made a quick U-turn and went back. I would never, ever return here. I missed the empty swimming pool at first glance which contained old, discarded mattresses. The sign at check in advising of a ten minute limit for refund after having the key in hand should also have been a warning. The water running off my clothing, my streaming glasses, and the thunder crashing outside made me shortsighted, though. The room smelled odd. So did the second one, since the A/C didn't work in the first. The only GOOD thing I can say about the room was that it appeared to have a new mattress. I peeled the sheets first thing looking for "sleeping companions". As far as the rest of the room there were holes in the walls which had been roughly patched. The paint was dirty, actually filthy with hand marks on the door and frame. The door rattled loosely in the frame. The carpet felt sticky throughout the room. Two small, worn towels in the bathroom. There WAS a mini fridge but it was unplugged, as well as a small, elderly microwave which DID work. Worst, in the morning when I turned on the light cockroaches scattered from the table next to the bed... I couldn't get out quick enough. I stopped at a fast food nearby that morning for breakfast, and the sweet lady behind the counter was very dismayed to find that I had stayed at the Airways. SO dismayed that she actually gave me a complimentary breakfast to try to make up for the experience I had suffered in "their town". The Airways Motel is a flop house, plain and simple, for those down on their luck, one step above homeless.
Old motel that should have cheaper rates. Needs remodeling and updated. Most roomed don't have phones and just not very nice for the rates they charge. Should offer cheaper rates and maybe include studio apts for their customers because their are several people who live there.
Roach motel. No drinks in drink machine. Machine takes 75 cents. Buy at office dollar fifty. Snack machine don't work. but you can buy from front desk. Can't get ice till 9 am. Can't get ice after 10 pm. They cut your a/c off when they clean room. Not the house keeping. The manager does. House keeping does a great job. Sewers back up and runs into parking lot. It's one part of hell I can do without. Was there for 5 weeks. Never will I ever lay my head down there again.
Unfortunately had to stay here for a little over two months due to the death of my mother and the sale of her house for the price it's cheap it's very cheap it's one of the cheapest places in Jackson however the rooms are rundown the carpets are nasty the mattresses are nasty they have bed bugs they have roaches there is drug activity and prostitution activity that goes on 24/7 I could not wait to get my own place and get out of that place I would not recommend anyone stay there it is not safe it is not clean it is not secure Nephew just want a weekend getaway with someone you're creeping with that's the place to go you can also rent a room by out by the hour there so if you just want to get your groove on and leave that's the place to go however I would not recommend it to anyone that has a family your children they learn something that you don't want them to learn
