My wife and I had an overnight layover. The staff was really sweet and did the best they could, but the room we stayed in was not very clean, smelled like cigarette and urine. Again, the staff was very kind and brought us new sheets. Perhaps they were in the middle of remodeling? The location was great from Houston Airport, but it was a little rough.
I come here often because of my work schedule and its proximity to my job and i have never had a bad experience here. Sometimes the lamp won't work but I can live with that. The staff here is super nice, in fact, i should know them by name by now except they are so professionally unintrusive and... well, nice. Some remodeling going on recently but i will keep coming here anyway, no question about it!
Dirty sheet and blankets, reception was often off and i couldnt reach. They replaced the blankets shortly and waived the early check in fee which was really good of them.
There updated rooms are looking great! I had a chance to stay here recently twice they got me a room in super short notice. Friendly staff will definitely be staying here when I am in Houston. Super affordable and comfortable!

I called for the price. He said “What kind of room you need?” FEMA or cash? In my mind I thought ???? “ why does it matter” if it’s available it’s available. He said yes we are only taking out of pocket and it will be 120$ for a 1 bedroom.
Please understand that this hotel is disgusting. And it’s cheap that’s why ppl go for the cheap price. It’s normally 50$
Well after the hurricane the owners are charging people 120$ for one night!!!! I will make sure to try to get this information to the news. I’m shocked!
If I can give them negative stars I would. Doors don’t close, floors are dirty, air conditioners are leaking water, bathroom smells like a dead animal, sheets full of bugs. If I can go back in time I would pay a little extra to sleep safely and comfortably. I don’t suggest it at all!!!!
Emergency situations n had to carry my mom upstairs the lady at the desk has no empathy for disabled people to top that off the ac unit does not work at all my mom is 72
Terrible, towels were not clean, room was not clean, it was a disaster but we had been driving back from out of town and just needed to rest.
