Best WLM Reviews

The service was very slow. Looks like they could’ve been shorthanded for takeout. The man making the Pizza was talking a lot and it looks like he was not very happy. I think I waited about 25 minutes for my one pizza. It was much smaller than the box and I complained. I was told Pizza guy did not stretch it enough. That means you get less cheese. For $17 and change including tax this was a disappointing. I went to the waitress and asked her what she thought. I saw other peoples pizza and it was big as the plate and the plate was large. The pizza was OK nothing to brag about. It was not tasty. Service was slow. Look at the pictures and you judge yourself. I know it’s more money at the airports, but for this size is not fair!!
I just love this place my favorite airport restaurant by far!!! Darnell and Joel are such fun bartenders. They really take care of everybody so well it is a pleasure to be here as much as I hate being in an airport.
I highly recommend this place. The Peroni is lovely and the pizzas are top-notch.!!!
????????????❤️
I had a 3 hour layover. I had the spinach salad and Chardonnay. Lena was amazing! I enjoyed her service and conversation. She is a top notch bartender!
Fantastic piano bar and pizzeria! Grab a drink, sit by the window, watch the airplanes, and listen to the jazz piano music. Nothing can be more jazzy than this!
The pizza was outstanding.
This is a really authentic Neapolitan style pizza.
The crust was on the thinner side but perfectly cooked.
The cheese melted in my mouth and the sauce tasted fresh.
I also tried the burrata but was less impressed by that.
They have live piano music too which is a nice touch.
I see people giving this place low reviews. Maybe some people got a burned pizza and I agree that’s bad… but… a lot of these people just don’t know what a traditional Italian pizza is and so they give low stars. I hate to break it to those people but THIS is real Italian pizza. You can call the stuff in America that vaguely resembles this pizza too, but… in my mind the pizza in USA should be called American pizza because it’s quite far from the original Italian traditions.
Honestly I despair with Americans for having poor taste in food. I’m sorry but I just think the people who gave this pizza low reviews don’t have refined taste in food.
I’ll start by saying that I Am Not a Pizza lover but this one is amazing! Reminds me of Duca’s in Colorado Springs. It’s amazing! Maybe not Sicilian-like but absolutely delicious. Give it a try and maybe you’ll get Destini the cashier. She’s pretty good at what she does. Kept smiling no matter how hot it was back there.
Try it out, I think you’ll give it 5 stars as well. Thank you Destini
It was not a good experience overall. People working there look unhappy and not willing to work.
The pizza was mediocre (well we had just cheese and tomato sauce - didn't expect more) but we ate only 1 slice of it - my kid got the first bite and she didn't like it. I finished it but didn't like it either. So, we threw away a $20 pizza.
The result: we both had food poison and couldn't recover for a few days.
Summary: Delicious authentic Italian pizza at an airport but very expensive.
We had a layover at Atlanta airport. Since we got out at terminal A during lunch time, we just looked for food in terminal A food court. This pizza restaurant was the only one with decent reviews so we gave it a try. We ordered 2 specialty pizzas: caramelized onion (add extra mushrooms) and salumi. Basically 2 medium-size pizzas for a total of ~$47.
- Caramelized onion pizza with mushrooms: to my surprise, it was simple but very delicious. We paid $3 for mushrooms but barely noticed it.
- Salumi pizza: was okay, didn't like it much especially because there was to much olives. Not ordering this one again.
Ambiance: decent amount of seatings and pretty clean. It's a pizza restaurant and a piano bar combined so we got to enjoy a live piano section while eating.
Service is just okay. Don't expect much.
