I love this clinic. Very accommodating and the staff are very friendly. Sometimes it can get busy but I never had to wait more than 45 mins past my appointment time. They are opened on Saturdays with appointments. The
Medical staff are very concerned about your health. There is a very handsome doctor. Dr Derojas who is very kind and listens to all my medical concerns and is very actively helping me get healthier and remain healthy. So I appreciate that from him. Love this place????????
Just left the clinic and had the worst experience of my life, the moment the Doctor came in she was super aggressive and was screaming at me. She presumed to belittle me and say that nothing was wrong with me and use her personal experience to justify it. If anyone is thinking of coming her please don’t. The doctor would not have her best interest at heart for patients but her own.
My recent visit went well. My question were answered and felt like a priority throughout my visit. You guys are awesome and taking care of me ❤️
Small clinic rooms are small as well but there is a wait time even with appointments so be prepared but the doctor is very helpful an friendly she will make sure u understand everything down to the T

my child was with fever cough and sore throat and we waited 5 hours nurse comes in and says he needs shot i say ok give him his shots and then says on no sorry we do not have the shots mind you this happened 2x already im already angry waiting for 5 god damn hours 9am till 2pm
i ask the nurse where is the doctor she said the 1st doctor left for the day we are waiting for the second dr i wait and nothing i said enough of this and left to another emergency clinic expressed myself with the DR from the other facility and said that, it is not okay and to change providers and did so. will never recommend this place to anyone stay away rude office ladies that act like it is not their job to help any patients. their are some nice nurse i will say but none that actually stay witch says a lot about the place. its sad honestly how terrible this place is, I am a mother and would not like this to happen to any other children its not okay and adult can wait but children not really with fever and infection and they can't even tell what the results are for the test wow its unbelievable.
Excellent service by the women in the front desk. Very helpful. I can see these reviews by other people and tbh a lot of these negative reviews are because of their own selves. Like today a customer seemed very unhappy to begin with, but the front desk were very polite and handled the situation which I thought was spot on how things should be handled. This place I recommend! Great staff!
Went 4 hours before closing , they don’t even go off appointments. Last time I went they still did it in order from first walk ins so there’s so point. I tried calling before also but no one answered 5 times of me calling. A guy who came in also said the same. I came last week walk in and she told me they’re to booked. I asked again to ask the doctor I really need his vaccines and there’s no where else available that day. All of a sudden they found space. I sat there for an hour and saw no new patients walk in. Anyways I leave and I realize they didn’t give me all his vaccines on one paper like I asked. So I have to call the morning of school. I keep calling they answer on third call. The lady hangs up without saying bye , right when I was going to ask her how long I’d take for her to email me the full vaccines. So I’m calling 6 times , finally I call through a new phone I used and they pick up. It’s like they were ignoring all my calls. How is it that all of a sudden you’re picking up. Weird. I say get you a better clinic. I was here for 3 hours just for shots on weekday.
They take forever to call you in. Even if you have an appointment at 8:00am, expect to be there all day.
Also, NP Rosalinda Rodriguez is the rudest, meanest healthcare worker I have ever met. She talks so rude to her patients, it’s unbelievable.
