The space is amazing! So many activities for people to move, climb, and bounce! I was very impressed with the attentive staff as they did a great job to keep everyone safe.
There are various arcade games that cost additional money if you like that kind of thing. The laser maze game is an additional $2.
One hour was enough time for my group of little people (ages 5, 8, 9, & 12) to burn off their energy on a rainy day.
Unfortunately, our visit was overshadowed by too many additional charges for anything extra. I asked for the rules and any information we needed to know as we came in, as we've never been to air insanity before, and they said there were 3 rules. But there were a lot of rules and signs posted everywhere. I also witnessed a polite 5 or 6 year old get kicked out of the toddler area when some 12 year olds had been in there before and after. Overall a meh experience. We've been to much better trampoline parks.
Great place to bring children of all ages. Staff very helpful and friendly. Clean large facility. Fun chairs for adults to relax in as well. Highly recommend going.
Took my sister there for her bday the kids all had a blast. S/O to the guy name Pablo working! He made sure we got what we needed and checking up on us. Had a great attitude and customer service!
First time at Air Insanity and was better than anticipated. Overall the place appears clean and staff was very friendly. Lots of trampolines as expected, but also several other cool stations including the Ninja Warrior area, toddler zone, dodgeball cage, rock climbing wall with foam pit, a couple trampoline basketball hoops, a larger foam pit with 2 trampolines with an elevated platform, etc. They also had arcade machines, but the only knock is several of them weren't working and took my money, but the staff explained another company owns them. That said, if they aren't going to be functional they should be removed. Had a great time and my family will be back!
Fun for my granddaughter and friends. Unfortunately, a mix-up with the pizza order left the group with no supper. The family hosting the party expressed frustration over the lack of food for the group. The whole group was in tears by the end (hungry and angry = Hangry!) When asked my 12y/o granddaughter was unsure if she would ever want to do it again...
While this park looks like a ton of fun and like a positive place for active kids and adults to get exercise, I was very disappointed at the cost per hour per person. This is just another place in town that has something fun to offer but it's catered to families in a higher income bracket and discriminates to families of lower income. When I called last weekend I was told that the cost would be $17 per person per hour that you're there plus another $5 for socks and you're not allowed to bring your own pair of clean socks. You have to wear their socks so really that's $22 all together per person per hour and she said that didn't include tax. No group prices offered so for a group of 6 to jump and climb is $132 per hour!! According to what the person on the phone told me. If this truly is the case than that is just ridiculous. Even if socks were $3 that's still over $100 per hour for a group of 6 for peace sakes. You're better off buying a trampoline for that amount and make your own obstacle course.
Wasnt impressed for my first time visit! I don't like the open concept. Needs different layout tbh! I also noticed things looked very dirty, like things aren't being cleaned! Especially the climbing wall and basketball hoops.. Can clearly see all the dirt and build up! I didn't recommend my niece to climb on it! Yuck! Should be cleaned, scrubbed down often! Kids carry lots of germs! We didnt even stay for the hour we paid for, left early! Won't be back!
