Best WLM Reviews

While the recent remodel brought some aesthetic improvements, the Airfrance lounge (terminal D) remains a lackluster experience.
Limited seating, insufficient power outlets, and restricted restroom access hinder comfort. The food and beverage offerings are basic and uninspiring (1 soup, 1 "protein", frozen vegetables, white bread, cheddar, cookies)
Ultimately, this lounge offers a quiet respite from terminal D chaos, but little else.
They accept priority pass & lounge key
Air France Lounge could use some updates. It is dark and gloomy. It looks like it was built in back in the 1900s. However, free drinks and food are nice to save some money. Their staff are nice, and that makes a difference.
The front female staff with short hair is so mean and rude. The food is below average. Same food all the time. Drink selections are limited. No restrooms inside. Bad service!!!
Decent lounge at IAH. It's pretty small, so it's restricted to only business class seat holders during peak hours of the day. Fortunately, I was able to enter with Priority Pass on my return trip. The food was decent, though I wish there was more. There's also no bathrooms inside which is kinda strange. Non-alcoholic drink selection was really good imo. I'd probably be more disappointed in this lounge if this is what I got for buying a business class seat.
It's a crowded small lounge for as big an airport as Houston. There is not even a restroom inside. You have to use the generic airport one outside. The staff are totally rude. I asked the lady serving where in water. Instead of offering to help she said "there is the water machine" like "you don't see?" Attitude. The cleaning lady kept wanting to clear my table. Horrible lounge but unfortunately @qatarairways is only contracted to this lounge.
Food was actually good and I have been to a lot of lounges and never impressed by the food. Had cheese plate and bread, French onion soup, spinach quiche, beef stew and an assortment of desserts. One dessert blew me away. It had a shortbread crust with some raspberry puree then a custard on top. Never had that anywhere and it was so good!
August 2024 Update: AirFrance has updated food options with beef stew, egg bites, cakes, brownies, and cheese. Platters
Food: The AirFrance lounge in IAH's Terminal D has 4-5 selections available including pita and hummus, charcuterie board, hot soup, fruit salad, regular salad with dressing, and a hot entree (e.g., beef meatballs and rice) and/or tasty quinoa salad. There are also grab and go snacks available as well e.g., bags of lays chips, trail mix, nuts, and fruit. I quite enjoy their quinoa salad but find overall the food is nothing to write home about.
Seating: The lounge offers a good amount of seating (armchairs and sofas in the sitting area and bar table and dining stools by the food area) but also hosts a decent volume of patrons. As a result the lounge often feels fairly full. There are charging ports but whether they charge your device is another question.
Other: Unfortunately, there isn't a restroom within the lounge and the restroom right outside the terminal is usually not in great shape .
Value: For folks with complimentary entry, the lounge is a solid option and definitely beats paying top dollar for frozen and reheated airport terminal food but otherwise, I don't believe it worth the typical lounge access fee.
Service: The staff are always friendly - smiles all around and keep the food options well-stocked.
Very small place . No washroom in the lounge, they use the Free airport WiFi . The food is ok , the salad wasn’t good , greens didn’t look fresh and the beets tasted dead , the quiche was good. For a 32 dollars entry fee , they could do a way better . Need other options that use priority pass . I wouldn’t come unless I have to . The Google app says it is closed while I am inside at 1216 local time . For the infamous Air France , ????lounge not up to any standard .
