Best WLM Reviews
It's ok lounge nothing special. However I expect a bit more especially it's air France. The lounge itself looks a bit outdated . The food is surprisingly too American or generic. There are no french pastries only stale baguettes. The meatballs are dry.The service are nice and friendly. This just look like typical priority pass lounges instead of premium one. FYI there is no Coke zero product.
It located across from gate A20. It opens daily at 7:30am. There were various choices of seating. Upon entering, the staff were still preparing the food and drinks. All breakfast items were finally served on the counters around 7:40am. They offers hot and cold breakfast meals with breads, fruits, yogurt, snacks, hot and cold beverages.
If you’re traveling through Dulles International Airport, I highly recommend the Air France Lounge. Conveniently located in Terminal A, right in front of Gate 20, this lounge is open every day from 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM, providing a welcoming space to unwind before your flight.
The lounge offers a variety of amenities, from free Wi-Fi and plenty of power outlets and USB ports for all your devices, to a work area if you need to catch up on some business. For relaxation, there’s a comfortable seating area and even showers to freshen up. They also cater to passengers with reduced mobility, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the space comfortably.
The food selection is impressive, with a range of self-service cold meals and snacks. I particularly enjoyed the Sicilian salad with those fresh, little tomatoes—simple but full of flavor. The meatballs were also a highlight, perfectly seasoned and delicious. To wash it down, they had some of the best orange juice I’ve had in a long time—refreshing and just the right balance of sweet and tart. The lounge also offers a wide selection of hot and cold drinks, and for those looking to relax even further, there’s a bar.
Overall, the Air France Lounge at Dulles is a fantastic choice for a calm, enjoyable pre-flight experience, with all the amenities you need to relax or stay productive. Whether you’re looking to work, unwind, or have a bite to eat, this lounge has you covered.
No complaints here but nothing special. I was here for breakfast and it was pretty typical, cereal yogurts sandwich that kind of thing. The sitting area wasn’t all that big and they seemed to have a bar as well. Wish I could have tried lunch or dinner for a more accurate review. Nothing wrong so I’ll give it a 5/5 but at the same time nothing special or memorable
Small space, but well maintained. The food is very good even compared to bigger AF lounges.
I visited this lounge on August 11th before my Korean Air flight and had a mixed experience. The lounge itself is pleasant, with a decent food lineup featuring hot dishes, bread, yogurt, juices, and alcohol, including free-flow Champagne, which was a highlight. The bartenders and cleaning staff were polite and accommodating.
Unfortunately, the registration process was a hassle. While the Korean Air ground staff was helpful, the local staff member at the reception desk displayed a disappointing lack of hospitality. When I mentioned my flight, her dismissive and rude attitude set a poor tone. She also assigned me a shower slot at my flight's boarding time, which was frustrating.
Thankfully, the Korean Air staff intervened after I raised my concerns. It turned out the shower was available the whole time, but the receptionist seemed more interested in her phone than assisting guests. Eventually, I managed to shower thanks to the Korean Air staff's help. The bathroom itself was clean and stocked with quality toiletries.
While the lounge amenities and most of the staff were great, the attitude of one individual significantly detracted from the experience. This lounge has potential but needs better consistency in customer service.
Great sandwiches and a lot of snacks and fruits. Clean and nice. But crowded all the time
Probably would have to say, this is one of the nicer lounges in Dulles and they accept Priority Pass!
It’s pretty spacious, clean and has a fancy feel here. Came late at night and there were decent food options and they also have a bar, but it’s a bit limited. No sparkling water here for those who like carbonated water like myself. Also, they closed at 9pm—head to Turkish lounge, it’s open later.
