This was our second time to Sedona and we think we found a gem!!!! We were lucky enough to have a room that faced North which had the spectacular views from your balcony. A nice touch is the balcony has a door to enter and not a heavy noisy sliding door. You can slip out and enjoy the morning view without waking anyone else up. Bathrooms are a little small but everything was there and worked perfectly. A nice touch is the AC is built in forced air and not a wall unit. Morning supplied breakfast was above average for continental style, plus they have a large outdoor patio attached so seating was not a issue at all. Super quiet and parking for the rooms is super close and safe. They also had a area to work on your bicycle with built in stand and pump. Highly recommend!!! Did I mention there is a pizza place next door......
Positive: Everything! Its very accommodating even tho its an older hotel it?s very well kept. Love the pet friendly environment and the meditation room. Out door fire out and pool! Definitely will stay again. Negative: Beds were ok could be firmer but the sheets were rough. They definitely could use fabric softener.
It was a far better quality stay than the 4 star average ratings I'll tell you that
The place is well maintained and I saw a hard working maintainance guy diligently doing painting.

Positive: The views from the rooms on the front side of the building are amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay! Negative: The setup of the breakfast room was not ideal. They did the best they could with the small space, but it was very crowded and tight in the morning. The food was good though. The room was a pretty small standard room, there were not any dressers.
They have Starbucks k-cup???? and the free breakfast was good enough for us to tackle the Cathedral Rock hike.
We stayed two nights and met several staff members and everyone was excellent. We had a non-working hair dryer and Robyn delivered a working unit in 5 minutes.
The room could be better insulated, but our neighbors were fairly quiet and we had no issue during our stay. I would recommend staying here in Sedona.
Robyn was amazing! She was able to correct the date of the reservation and find us a room that evening after a long all day drive. We really appreciated her excellent customer service and communication. Will stay there again! Room was neat and clean - no mold or mildew issues.
The room is small but very clean, the hallway is well illuminated, and the hotel was recently renovated. There's a small patio that you can actually use in every room. There's a mini fridge in the room and a microwave near the stairwell. The staff is friendly. The free breakfast is way better than average, and I'd say better than Hampton Inn and Hyatt Place's.
If you're staying a couple of days, it is a great location. Close to Safeway and all of the tour companies. Coffee in the morning outside the dining area is magnificent! Love that mountain air. The views from our room were fantastic. We watched all of the air balloons come up in the early morning. Great hotel!
