The front desk staff was some of the best in the business. I had trouble with some noise from the room above me and they were empathetic to the situation, They graciously moved me to a top floor room, which also had some upgraded amenities. The location for me was perfect. It was central to my activities, right off the freeway and close to several restaurants, gas stations and parks. The restaurant next door is not as pictured. It is an Asian restaurant. It is a bit expensive, but was good. An added bonus is you could buy alcohol from the bar and take it to your room. The hotel has a fantastic pool area, well decorated and with an inviting vibe. The hot tub is in need of some upgrading, as the jets are not effective and the temperature was lower than it should be. The breakfast had a good variety of hot and fresh foods and was a step above most other hotels you will stay out. The rooms were comfortable and all of the amenities were fine. All in all, this is a great hotel with even better staff.
We had a fantastic experience at Aiden by Best Western Austin. The front desk attendant was very friendly and knowledgeable and the amenities were terrific. The Machi Sushi restaurant was great for all you can eat sushi which we had for lunch one day. I also had a drink at the bar and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast there as well. We didn’t use the fitness room or pool area but they were both nicely maintained and nice amenities to have. We’d highly recommend Aiden to guests visiting the Austin area.
Extremely nice and comfortable room. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast (free!) was excellent - I even let myself have a waffle (better than any I’ve ever had!). I did not eat at the sushi restaurant as I wanted Tex Mex every night, but it looked good and had a big crowd. The gym was better than most hotel gyms and the pool would be great in warmer temps. Would definitely stay here again!
This place is funky! It looks like an old motel that has been completely redone and expanded into an unusual hotel/motel. Many of the rooms have outside entrances on three levels on the inner side of the inner courtyard with a pool. Others are more traditional off closed hallways. Getting from one point to another for example from the lobby to your room often requires going through three or four doors inside and then outside and back inside, up and down ramps sometimes requiring use of your room key. But the signage is very clear so you don't have to get lost. The rooms are old style but very clean and nicely painted with clean bathroom fixtures. All of the fixtures and the closets are very traditional... for example thin metal closet doors that slide. The beds have very comfortable mattresses and the room linen is all very nice.
The people at the front desk are usually helpful, especially Joseph who went out of his way to change our room when the first one smelled a little musty. The hot breakfast is included and very good with bacon sausage eggs cereal packaged muffins and unlimited fruit juices.
The breakfast area becomes a sushi restaurant at night with all you can eat sushi for $36.
Location is easily accessible off of the frontage road.
Loved this hotel so unique and quirky. Excellent staff on front desk. Everything was pristine and well cared for. Amazing pool area. Rooms had really cool wallpaper and general sense of happiness around the place! Can’t wait to return in May 2025!
The hotel is pretty neat!
Gets the job done. Our room was clean and confortable. Plenty of towels, toilettes, and coffee in the room.
Favorite room item was the lamp. Hotel was quiet and clean. Desk staff as well as breakfast personnel were friendly and efficient.
Our party travel during the week so it was quiet and felt safe. Lights in the parking lot are a little darkish but still pretty visible.
Breakfast has a vast selection of food, burrito Very tasty!

Just seeing the reviews you can notice that the hotel is Amazing. Perfect location to get to the places you want to go in Austin. Front desk: the best (I would give them a raise ????). Variety of choices in Breakfast. Room clean and comfortable. The pool area is so relaxing. Special thanks to FD Dominique (I think that's the name of the lady) to help us to clarify and solve an issue with our reservation (a "no show" charged in my card). I recommend the hotel 100%.
Holy Cow I love this place. The beds were comfortable, the decor was precious, the breakfast was the best free hotel breakfast we’ve ever had hands down. We had forgotten our toothpaste and the front desk was super generous to give us some toothpaste. It’s in a great location to some of Austin’s popular attractions. We will be staying here next time we are in Austin for sure!
