I gave one star cuz it was clean n manager was nice, but I just say I have eaten this over a hundred times but not this location! It was the worst food I have ever had! None of the meat was season veggies n rice was discussing n I spent 170.00
I’ll never go back to this location! The server didn’t even come around for so long for me to even tell them , my shrimp wasn’t seasoned neither was the steak!
The rice was terrible n that’s my favorite part ! N the veggies tasted like water
I was shocked more than anything!
The sushi was good tho, I got spiced tuna roll! Thank god something turned out, my wife’s chicken was good as well
We went on Valentine’s Day. We knew the wait would be crazy. We waited 2 hrs. The hostess was very rude. We had to wait that long because the first party of 8 miscounted a person. It happens. There was only 2 of us we know it gets tricky when seating for hibachi .Then they say the next party didn’t want others so we would have to wait again!!!! YeaA nooo for me.. so we ended up sitting with some very nice families. while waiting we sat at the bar. The bartender was AMAZING! She made our wait bearable. Her customer service was great, she was very attentive to us. Would definitely go back to the bar. When seated we really got no show. Justa napkin on fire lol and getting my face wet by the little “peeing” guy lol … It was bleh! To say the least. The food was very rushed. Sriracha made it better. Overall it was a 3/10 . Would love to go again and hopefully have a way better experience.
Second visit and must say it was way more pleasant than the first visit. Clean facility. Cook was hilarius and did a great job with presentation and food. Only disappointing thing was the attitude from server as well as a $3 up charge for requesting no onions. Will be charged due to allergy/or preference.
I feel bad for the servers because our server was very kind and we tipped him according to HIS service but the food here is AWFUL! My tempura sushi was so doughy and dark meaning their fryer oil hasn’t been changed in weeks. I’m also pretty sure this was bread or corn dog dough not tempura batter.
Then we ordered a medium steak and it came out raw. Everything was Luke warm and had zero flavor. Not even basic salt & pepper. Thankfully, again, our server was nice enough to take the raw steak off of our bill but we still paid over $50 for this meal and we were celebrating a special occasion tonight and this was our first and last time eating here. We’re better off cooking at home.
Our chef was very entertaining and even had us sing Happy Birthday to the birthday boy. It didn't take long to be seated and the food was delicious. Perfect first time experience for my son.
Not a bad place to go to for food. Prices are kind of high, but the staff was pleasant. It wouldn't make it my primary go to restaurant.
We had 6 adults and 5 littles and our evening was amazing. No wait, server and cook were wonderful. Very attentive and efficient. Our cook was so entertaining and fun with all. The food was so good and plenty. We will be back. Very pleased.
Looks nice and clean. Hadn't been here since I was a kid. Lots of waiting and it was not very busy. Ordered tempura and it was so thick. Also ordered calamari. Had to eat it with our hands since we didn't get chopsticks. The carrot/sweet potato (I can never tell) wasn't cooked all the way and the tempura itself was layered so thick it was almost soggy. Ordered some rolls and a teriyaki plate. The teriyaki plate was mediocre but to be fair it's always been. Didn't get to eat the roll since they didn't put it in and I had a baby so limited time. Didn't get to ask them to put it in until it was way to late since they really didn't check in on our table.
Overall, I paid over $100. Would not recommend this place. ???? also, honestly, I came here accidentally due to a communication error on where we were supposed to actually go.
