Really enjoyed our dinner at Ah-So. It’s a tempenyaki experience where they cook in-front of you which is cool. We were seated right away and had made reservations in advance. We wanted to be sure we’d get a spot to do the tempenyaki. Our server was very nice and attentive. We ordered drinks and edemame to start. The edemame were good but they were dipped in the spicy sauce a lot so they were tasty. We also got the Sapporo beer. For the tenpenyaki dinner it comes with salad soup vegetables and fried rice and you just choose the protein. We selected the chicken steak and shrimp combination. The food was cooked well and tasted good. The chef did a great job with the entertainment. All in all it was a good time.
It was a great time for my friends birthday ❤️ they did overcook the shrimp but everything else was sooo delicious and fresh ❤️ i have seen some bad reviews and just to let you know that its better to make a reservation so you are not waiting for a table ???????? the show that the cook put on was fun and hilarious, i did not want rice thrown in my mouth and he respected that ❤️ the flames get warm but you can just push your seat back and enjoy ???? we had eight people and we all had a great time ????❤️
Twelve of us went for my grandma's 93rd birthday. We were accommodated with two tables in our own area so we could all still talk. Our server (sorry I don't remember her name) was AMAZING: answering questions, making suggestions. We were initially told we'd have one chef because we were one party, but then TWO came out. Food was outstanding and prices are reasonable. We will definitely be back.
I love this place! It's like getting dinner and a show. We made reservations online and arrived on time, but they were running behind because it was a busy Friday night, and everyone else loves this place too. The two of us and my service dog were seated with a family of 8 at a teppanyaki station. While we waited for our chef, we were entertained by the chef at the station next to ours. The chefs made onion volcano fires with sparks that were really neat to watch. We ordered lettuce wrap appetizer. I chose the calamari, and my husband chose the teriyaki chicken. The dishes came with small bowls of soup and salad, fried rice, and vegetables. It was all very delicious and entertaining. I highly recommend this place, but make sure you reserve a spot online before going, as there were people who said they had been waiting for almost an hour and a half.
Ready for dinner AND a show? RSVP for an evening at the tapenyaki table! The food can't get any fresher and our chef (Rudy) was the best entertainer we have had to date. The ambiance is wonderful and the food is flavorful and of the highest quality. We WILL be back!
We had decided on sushi for a celebration of paying off some debts and decided to try somewhere new. Definitely a place we will try again. We did the Arizona roll, the Super Trooper roll (because we're those people) and the Desert Canyon Roll
They were all so good and we thought about getting more nit instead talked about all the rolls we want to try when we come next. The service was friendly, knowledgeable and fast, and the menu had a good variety.
I’ve been coming here for years and always see the waiter Eric ❤️ he’s such an outstanding waiter who’s very personable. I’ve taken all my friends here and my boyfriend and everyone loves it. The sunset roll is my favorite with saki bombs ????

A lot of fun, the experience was amazing. Our chef did a great job entertaining as well as cooking some amazing food for us at the table. Service was flawless as always.
