I do not recommend if your looks for fast and efficient. They do not answer phones Ive been calling going on three days bc they sent my daughters prescription to a pharmacy that doesn’t even take her insurance so I need them to send it else where but can’t even contact them to do so . Not to mention there’s a doctor there that is chatty and doesn’t tend to her patients first . She will be having a whole off subject conversation about other things while she has patients in rooms waiting to be seen. Front desk Staff are not so friendly either never am I greeted or welcomed when I come in with my children.
Dr Justine is amazing, the other staff not so much. My son is special needs and he has more referrals than the average child. I called them to let them know they were sending the referrals to the wrong doctors, the clinic manager then proceeded to tell me that my son has 8 referrals and he is very time consuming for the clinic because they do not have a referrals department and basically what was sent was sent and there is nothing she can do about it. I really don’t know what I’m supposed to do with that. I would not recommend any parents with special needs children to book appointments here.
My appointment was at 10am with Dr Garza I waited in the room with my new born baby 45 min n still nothing i opened the door and ask if the dr was coming she came in said she was behind n that i have to wait their other ppl in front of me its now 12 and nothing she needs to loose her job a new life getting that treatment n care should not b tolerated! I'm retired army time n appointment are made for reason very rude lady no child should get bad service or attitude keep her away from children bad experience
Not recommended at all unless you have 2-3 hours to give. This place is a joke NEVER on time! And always gives an excuse as to why they take EXTRA LONG to meet with you.

Justin is the only good thing about this place. It’s so disorganized, this is the third time I’ve showed up and they say the appointment is for one of my children (I always schedule it for both at the same time) and that the appointment is later than it was. No apology, just a “are you dumb” stare. Not to mention they hardly answer the phone, you must blow up their phones. Even then, there’s no guaranteed response. I’ve had a doctor say she was gonna follow up about my son in a phone call and after the appointment, I could never reach her. Then there’s the prescriptions that they say they sent in but never get sent in.
Only gave a star because I had too. But this clinic is a joke especially the provider Justin Vine who claims to be a provider and can’t do his job. I’d rather trust a crackhead on the street then take his “medical advice” Do not let him treat you in any way.
JUSTIN is an amazing doctor! We have been going to him for years. He understands that when you don’t want a flu shot or covid vaccine you don’t want that for your child! Rather than one crazy doctor they have working here who tells you “They are getting it today” I had the two managers come out who claimed JUSTIN DIDN'T HAVE APPOINTMENTS FOR MONTHS OUT AND I COULDN'T MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH HIM to only leave and make an appointment with him the following week via phone. I was going to switch doctors but I’m so glad I called again. He is the best doctor and if they try to tell you that he’s booked call the number online and schedule with him yourself it’s a shame they would do that to his loyal patients. I didn’t get names but they said they were the two office managers and both were wearing glasses. The other doctor was either Garza or Garcia and she was telling me how wrong it is my children don’t eat meat and I explained how my husband doesn’t get certain vaccines and she explained that he should be going to the appointments not me she was very pushy and very rude when we have certain beliefs I politely asked for her to stop the appointment not to see both my children. If this doctor makes you feel ignorant parent do not let her and ask for JUSTIN!
Came here from another bad pediatrician. Dr. Aguirre was my son’s pediatrician when I gave birth to him at the hospital. She came in and gave this great speech about how great her office is. So decided to go to her office and never once have I seen her since every time I come to the office with my kids. My son is 4 now. We always see different practitioners and it never feels comfortable here. Plus waiting in the room for the practitioner to come in takes at least 45 minutes or longer. I can clearly hear them chatting outside in the hallway instead of doing their job. I’m already looking for another pediatrician. So disappointed in this place. Why can’t the nurses be honest and instead of saying the doc will be in shortly, say the doc will be in when they feels like it.
