My daughter was given the absolute worse service we have ever experienced. Her finger skin was ripped off and she bled A LOT, the clinic did not care about the damage they caused and they didn't even offer to prescribe anything for the pain or for infection. This is the absolute most GARBAGE clinic you can ever go to. They will only hurt your children and ignore any complaints. I will be making a police report due to neglect. They did not tell about the wound they caused, I got home and removed the bandaid only to see a horrendous wound. My 4 month old was crying all night and had had a fever since. Seems like it's due to infection, the staff are absolutely inexperienced here and they don't not care for your children. Do you and your kids a favor and NEVER RETURN TO THIS GARBAGE ESTABLISHMENT
Such a busy place yet despite that, the wait time never exceeds my patience levels. The nurses are very kind to the children and adults, they listened to my concerns while taking excellent care of my special needs child. Bonus is we are always in and out before we even know it! Dr. Garza is the best!
I was branching out trying to find a back up clinic due to my pcp having to go by appointments and here you can come in as a walk in plus they take adults! i love the doctors they listen to my every concern . I also admire how fast all the vital techs are to get me seen vitalized and into a room. Sometimes it can get packed with up to 30 patients at a time but they work efficiently to get you in and out as soon as possible!
If I could rate 0 stars I would. Worst place ever. Super bad customer service, doctor is never on site, office is super rundown and in poor shape overall. They will schedule at 7am and leave you outside waiting until 7:15 and then make you wait in a room until 11 for a doctor to see you for 5 minutes and say you have nothing wrong. When clearly there is if not you wouldn’t be there..
Was struggling to get help at other offices but here the front desk was actually extremely helpful and the doctors was extremely friendly and helpful as well, the visit was nice and easy
This clinic sees over 200 patients a day every single day. There’s only 6 rooms and they’re hardly ever empty. This is without a doubt the busiest clinic since it’s in the tri-city area.
The staff works diligently to get you in and out with quality care, however most of the time they have to tend to 15-20 other patients all at once. The phone is always ringing so lines are busy majority of the time. There are multiple clinics all over the valley with wait times ranging from 15 mins - an hour (due to patient load).
Terrible customer service in the front office no greeting and they ignore u until they feel like asking what u are there for. Then u sign up and the receptionist doesnt even sign u up and everyone else is called in and u havent and was there for a hour. What was the appointment even for might as well come as a walk in …… Thinking they signed me up . Its ridiculous. I had to check if i was gonna be called and i wasnt even added to the list. People that came ways later than me left already. It’s ridiculous i dont even trust those two in the front, rude guy and chick. Poor skills.
They have always been able to see my children. Their hours are also convenient. If you don’t ask though you will see different providers. I enjoy seeing Mrs. Garza. She listens to my concerns and is very nice.
