Overall a great experience. I was worried about the possible smell of smoke given the other recent review, but inside the room it was fine. There is definitely a smoke smell on the bottom floor of the casino where the coffee shop and restaurant are, but we were only there for a relatively short amounts of time. We did not gamble. In the hotel elevator lobbies on each floor, there was a strong odor from the air freshener which I assume was masking the smoke but again we were not there for very long so while it wasn't pleasant, it was not too bad.||The pool was nice and warm enough to swim in even in November. The pool is heated. And the jacuzzi was pretty spacious and set up in such a way that even if other people were there you still had some privacy. They closed at 6:00. It was November so we more or less had to pool to ourselves.||Our suite was nice and spacious. We had rollaway beds but in theory our children could have slept on the couch and another long sofa type thing in the bedroom and been fine. I asked for the rollaway bed feed to be waived, but they refused. But it seems like this is the only way to really house a family of four in the suite so I don't know what they are expecting. | The bathroom was gigantic and the shower has two sets of shower heads which is fun. The bed spring did have a stain on it which is always uncomfortable to think about...||The hotel restaurant was average. We ate there twice and it was busy. The smoke smell from the casino did not help. On one occasion we heard the manager being very upset at one of the staff and saying it was unacceptable and they needed to be written up etc. The food was okay, frankly nothing to write home about, but it was very kid friendly. We got breakfast from java caliente, which is basically a Starbucks, and that was fine.||All in all, I would come back. It's a nice getaway, it's a nice hotel close to the shopping at cabazon, and Joshua tree.
The reason I’m getting the two stars is I’ve been to this property before I cannot stand it that they allow smoking in their casino without proper ventilation during the Covid. They did not allow that and all suddenly they allow that it’s so sad. It’s just a disgrace other than that, the staff is amazing. The hotel rooms are great And as a person like myself growing up in this business, I really feel for them and I wish them the best.
This used to be a wonderful casino based on the slots, staff, dining and cleanliness. I used to love coming here to eat and play. However with the advent of the unfortunate change to a smoking casino those feelings go out the door! I am heartbroken ????. I am doubly disappointed that Rancho Mirage also allows smoking now. Allowing smoking demonstrates that higher ups do not regard the health of their employees. In my mind higher ups also do not value their employees. Do we really want to support this position? I know we can go to Cathedral City but my preference was for the other two locations. These casinos are a drive but were absolutely worth it. I wish the higher ups would consider all stakeholders and not just the smokers. I encourage the casino to find a happy compromise.
Went to see ZZ Top at the casino. It is a great venue to watch a concert. No matter what seat you choose, you can see the stage. I will definitely be back to see more concerts here! I'm not much of a gambler, so I can't say anything about jackpots or winnings, but the bars are all pretty cool! The 360 bar is the best place to watch a sports event! Overall, this place is pretty great, worth the drive.

I wanted to share my recent experience visiting the Agua Caliente casino in Palm Springs with you. This was my first time at the casino, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The place is full of life, with a wide variety of slots and card tables to choose from. Not to mention, the various eateries available make it a perfect destination for a fun night out.
If you ever find yourself in the Palm Springs or High Desert area, I highly recommend checking out this casino. You won't be disappointed. The atmosphere is vibrant, the games are exciting, and the overall experience is truly enjoyable.

Fabulous! Everything and everyone was simply amazing. I loved the balcony, the generous bathtub and separate shower in the room. The beds were super comfortable! The service was impressive. We visited the coffee Cafe many times and it was wonderful. The parking deck offered a perfect vantage point to watch the Cathedral City International Hot Air Balloon Festival launch...it was so beautiful. We played a little at the casino; that was fun! We indulged at Pivat cigar bar; they have a nice selection and a comfortable lounge. We dined at The Steakhouse for dinner one night and brunch on Sunday; both were fabulous experiences! The weather allowed us to take a dip in the pool one afternoon, so nice. The valet service was impeccable every time! It was my birthday celebration weekend and the staff made it extra special. I am so glad I chose this property for my stay and celebration and I highly recommend it. Thank you; every single staff member we encountered was superb. Special thanks to Collin Jamieson.
Casino gaming area was small compared to other casinos. Very nice looking Gaming slots pay outs are low i didn't see too many if any big winners but ended up winning at the end of the night. Went to see the Jay Leno show at the Show and had to trash my $40 leftovers because no outside food in Show area even though it's from the casino. Show was good had a good time but I will continue to play where I've been playing at
They're fully smoking casino now. It stinks everywhere. What a shame. It was so clean and nice. Always new machines. Something for most. Nice pool area.
Love this venue's concert center. Great seating, comfortable chairs.
