Choosing Aggie's for our wedding cakes was one of the best decisions we made! They were one of the easiest vendors we worked with, everything was executed perfectly, delivered timely, and absolutely delicious! We chose a 2 tiered personal cake and then 2 different sheet cakes as they have several incredible flavors to choose from. We devoured the leftovers the week after the wedding and it was JUST as tasty!
I first tried Aggie's way back in 2007. We sampled every different combination of cake imaginable for our wedding. We decided on a Marble cake with strawberry filling and buttercream frosting. price was so much more reasonable than anywhere else and the cake was so much better! It was AMAZING! We then ordered a sheet cake for our daughter's communion a few years later and I got more compliments on that cake than anything else, everyone wanted to know where we got it. Fast forward to our 15th wedding anniversary, Aggie's location changed to Downtown West Allis where it looks like a Village in a Hallmark movie. It's an adorable place and the cake is still outstanding! We were able to order the same cake we had for our wedding, but I changed the design, it turned out even better than the original! We had a fall wedding, so the cakes reflect the season. Best Cake around! Ordered a variety of gourmet cupcakes for a birthday and they were so delicious! Highly recommend!
My husband and I got married in October 2023, and we couldn't have been happier with Aggies! From the beginning of the process they made everything so easy. We worked directly with Rachel for our tasting and the order.
We opted to do a small cake for the wedding party. We did cupcakes and mini cheese cakes for the rest of our guests. Everyone LOVED it. Everything tasted delicious and fresh.
We make it a point to stop at Aggies every time we're in West Allis.
Me and my husband have been visiting this place for years and have LOVED all of it, so it was no question when we were getting married where we were going to get our wedding cake from. Aggies did a PHENOMENAL JOB!!!! We were able to pick 4 different flavors (for an extremely reasonable price) and all of our guests RAVED about this cake!!! They even give us a free 1 year mini anniversary cake so we don't have to eat freezer cake as tradition goes - how kind! It was so easy to work with them and they were great at communicating as well. I cannot thank this team enough!!!
My husband and I had our wedding cake made here. This was my first experience with Aggie’s bakery, and I was blown away at how smoothly everything went! The cake tasting was set up so well and my husband and I really felt we had plenty of time to really try all flavor combos. I had gone in with a couple ideas, but they would only work with fondant, and we wanted buttercream. We talked over ideas with Rachel, and ended up with the most beautiful cake, better than I could’ve hoped for! Delivery of our cake was a breeze too, and I will be recommending them to everyone!
I got my wedding cake from Aggie’s bakery and they did amazing! From taste, to delivery, to their wonderful team they completely exceeded my standards. All my guests had nothing but good to say about the cake! I will definitely be returning for future events and recommending them to everyone.
When looking for a place to cater dessert for our wedding, it had to be Aggie's. We went in for a tasting as we wanted to be sure we talked in person about our requests of additional desserts and the cake flavor. When we got there, the person helping us gave us a hard time saying, "we don't do tastings for cakes with less than two-three tiers." I let her know that I was unaware of that as it wasn't posted anywhere and told her we didnt need to taste everything, we just wanted to go over the cake and two additional desserts. She ended up letting us continue the tasting and we got everything figured out. Since we were paying for the bakery to delivery the desserts on the day of, we asked if we could pay a little extra for the nicer serving trays that they had. They agreed and said it would be no problem. When the desserts got there, they were on the standard trays, which in the moment sucked but at the end of the day was the least of the bride and grooms worries. The desserts were amazing & everyone loved them.
I ordered a cake for my husband’s 31st birthday, not only was it done same day, I was able to customize the flavor of filling and the frosting on the cake. It was decorated beautifully and was honestly one of the best cakes that we have ever had. I will definitely be a returning customer!
